I was in the store shopping during the holidays for gifts. I was looking for a good š gift for my Mom. I couldn't decide what to get and an employee who was there noticed I was confused. š She came right over to help me. It was so busy in that store that day. I don't know if she even remembers helping me, But Not only was she really helpful she got me the perfect gift for my mom. I only know this because when I finally gave my mother her Christmas present. She got so overwhelmed that she started to cry. You see the gift I end up giving my mother was a nice set of earrings that were moon-shaped Crescent. My mom's favorite type of moon. I only got the earrings after being asked is there anything I can help you with today? Not only did she take the time to help me find a nice set of earrings but she took the hectic out of my holiday. Thank you for helping me get through the holiday I really appreciate it. I look forward do shopping at this location again. Maybe I'll even bring my mom. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy goodness, my goodness! We LOVE World Market. Recently, I bought a couch from them, and for some reason, it was proving difficult. Michael sat with us and tried to figure things out, but we eventually surrendered to ordering it through the register. After that, it was all in Kate and Miranda's hands. I was calling them to see if there was a status update as we were waiting on pins and needles, and then when the couch finally came in, Miranda joyfully called me to tell me so. Then, when the couch was supposed to be picked up from a third party, I called again to confirm that they had gotten the email saying so. No email. Kate helped me contact the third party company because I was driving and they have no phone number. The happy part of the story is that 1. we got in touch with the company, 2. they picked up my couch and delivered it and 3. it looks gorgeous in it's new home! Thank you ALL for making this...

It was not, so they said they would order one in. Never gave a time frame. Two weeks later, I got a call it was ready for pickup, then another that what they got was the wrong color. I agreed to take the wrong color, 'cause it's something we need, then while looking at the site, I realized the item was significantly smaller than what I had ordered and would not physically fit. Not the guy at the store's fault, but after 2 weeks of unhelpful customer service emails before this kerfuffle (to which they stopped replying), I won't be using this...
