Pettle's Flowers — Attraction in Salina

One star is one too many for this business. I had a horrible experience with them and was yelled at when I questioned why the floral arrangement looked nothing like the photo and the store manager hung up on me. I had commented my frustrations on one of their Facebook posts and it was deleted and I was blocked. I would never recommend buying from a business that treats their customers this poorly. I know for a fact I was not the only one who had issues with their Valentines arrangements and the blame was placed on me for not knowing that the images are “clearly photoshopped” and that “if they hit the stem count that’s all that matters”. Buy flowers from any other place but here!!!! Dillion’s had better floral arrangements for a better price than this place. Very disappointing, ya’ll need to teach your employees to have manners when dealing with customers cause yelling at them is not a good way to...

The positives = easy to use and navigate the website. Ordered quickly and the prices seemed reasonable. The delivery occurred on time and the recipient was very pleased.

The negatives = I paid for “Premium” upgrade and from the photo of what was received, I don’t feel I got what was paid for. I’m disappointed in that and will think twice before ordering from Pettle’s in the future. I normally use a different florist, but didn’t this time due to my desired delivery date.

In the photo that appears on a kitchen counter is what was received. The photo with the all white background is what was promised on their website. My order is lacking a lot of the flowers and the height promised...

I've probably ordered her 60+ times with excellent, products, service and delivery, however the last two times I asked for a $50 arrangement ( sight unseen as per usual)I got beautiful flowers delivered in a timely manner in the crappiest plastic vas that tipped about 20 times...........I threw beautiful flowers that were beautifully arranged out the door cussing! Hopefully this will be fixed...give me fewer flowers in something heavier......I'm cool with it! # no more topsy turvy plastic! Outside of that they deserve 5 stars......... They paperwork I had to redo, wet cell phone and wet socks...
