Worst experience ever!! I ordered for drinks on the new Sonic app I pull up to Sonic check myself in put what stall I'm in and then I sit there and watch about 10 other people get drinks and food so I push the button and call into Sonic and a girl named Monica precedes to tell me they have my order and it's on its way so then I wait some more about four other people get drinks and food and I still have no drinks and no CarHop is come to my car so now I have to call back in there and get the manager to come out and talk to me her name was Alisa Mills she was rude she tried to blame it all on the app she tried to say I hadn't checked in she did not apologize for an employee lying to me about bringing my order out to me she didn't apologize for how unorganized they were for anything or that I had to wait for a long time and then finally I got my drinks which were watered down and tasted awful even after that I called the general manager no one tried to make anything right even though I only paid $3.88 for the drinks the experience was so awful that I will...

I ordered from this sonic 7-8 min before arriving to pick up my 2 drinks and 4 corn dogs. I still waiting an additional 17- 18 min. i don’t care about how long it took. I ordered a Powerade with easy ice… yet when I got my large drink it was filled to the very top with ice I got 3 sips of Powerade I was very thirsty as I had been working all day and didn’t have water all day. I also ordered ketchup & mustard they didn’t put it in my bag so I asked from some I waited for Candice our server to bring it out to me she went and gave somone else there food I figured she was coming after they got there stuff, she went right back inside the store after then come back out with another person food I left because I had already been waiting a long time. Went to get ice cream slushes and repeated my order three times to make sure it was correct and they ended up getting every single drink wrong. Oh and apparently they don’t do split pay all of the sudden. Went there a week ago and paid half with card and the rest with cash with no issue. Tried doing that today because I was 5 cents short on my card and now I guess they CANT do that at all. My order was pretty simple and they read it back correctly but I STILL got the wrong drinks 🤦‍♀️ And this is not the first time they’ve gotten my entire order wrong. And the carhop was pretty rude and impatient like we were inconveniencing her. Quite a irritating experience. Won’t be going back to that sonic again. Hopefully the other in town...
