Mattress Warehouse of Salisbury - East — Attraction in Salisbury

My Husband and I (Phil & Betty Stocker)are in our 70's and 80's.I truly feel we have been taken advantage of and treated without any regard to the time and stress this has put on our lives at our age We Have Purchased 4 beds through the year 2021 from Mattress Warehouse Between 2 locations(Kannapolis & Salisbury Stores) Cost ranging between $1600.00 and the last and final mattress was over $3,000.00 and we were informed that we were responsible for causing the problem by not having the correct bed frame which caused the problem (rise/lump) in the mattress by not having the correct bedframe. We were told by one of the representatives Rudely that for them to replace the mattress for the one and final time that we had to purchase one of their bedframes, so we did buy a bedframe from mattress warehouse so they would replace the 4th mattress. Mattress Warehouse Corporate Office informed my wife and I, that they would no longer cover the mattress with a warrantee even though We,NOT... Mattress Warehouse* paid the difference in prices again starting at $1600.00 to a little $3000.00 the final mattress. We kept paying and they kept upgrading us!! So, this leads me to the FINAL (4th) Mattress that now has no warranty purchased 10/21/2021 it is lumpy and rises in the middle as the other (3) beds did. Although the Sales People were wonderful at their job the Mattresses had to continually be replaced due to the lump/rise in the middle of the mattresses. We reached out to Mattress Warehouse Corporate office hoping to get some assistance with the continued replacement of our mattress malfunctions. but were passed from one person to another with them blaming us for the problem with the mattresses.

Today I went to the Mattress Warehouse in Salisbury, NC and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly smile and welcoming young lady, named Brianna. She asked how she could help me and I told her about a mattress I was looking at on their website. She took me right to it and let me try it out. As I was trying it out I was telling her if all the different expensive mattresses I’ve tried out that ended up being very uncomfortable and this time I just wanted an old school inexpensive spring mattress like I had growing up that didn’t make my back hurt. She suggested I try this computerized specialized mattress system that would choose the best mattress for my problem zones. It printed out like 5 different mattresses to try out for my specific back problems. The very first one I tried ended up being the one I purchased. I actually found out that I needed a softer mattress as opposed to a firm one which I had been sleeping on for the last 5 years that was making my back problems worse from the pressure. I did leave a good review at first but this place is ridiculous, I had good service when I went into get a mattress and pillow. After they received my money the service was terrible, I waited for a pillow for 4 weeks and when I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait any longer knowing I could get the pillow somewhere else quicker, Ryan gave me an attitude and stated he would have to get the manager to give me my refund. That’s was fine, but when I received my refund I was missing about 200 and I called Ryan to ask why? Because I never received my mattress or pillow. He stated I was probably charged for a mattress cover which I shouldn’t have been charged for because like I said I never received anything! So I asked for the managers number because Ryan was no help, I’ve called the manager of the store and left messages and still no response. This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere.
