We went inside to order a 12pc tailgate box. Only 5 of us in my family. The cashier said it would be a 30 minute wait for the chicken. We said that was fine but we want the rest of the order now while the chicken is being cooked. For our 3 sides we get rice and two sides of rice. We paid and got two large cups of iced tea that is “equal to” the half gallon of tea because they didn’t have it in the regular plastic half gallon. Next problem, we were told they only have enough of one side of rice so they told us we would have to wait for the other side but it would be ready at the same time the chicken would be. I said fine. I get some smaller cups for the tea and I discover what seems to be a COCKROACH LEG inside the cup. I tell the cashier and she hands me a new cup and told me she would notify management. I also asked for our plates and biscuits which they tried to cheat us on the number of biscuits. We had to go back to get the rest. Then, we wait over 15 minutes for our chicken and rice and we get people in the back saying they “cant find” our chicken. I go to the bathroom while my brother sorts out that problem. In the bathroom I see hair and trash and eyelashes on the floor everywhere. Out in the dining area was the same issue. Lots of overflowing trash in the trash bings and food on the tables and floor. We ended up getting a refund for our food and left. I also found a piece of hair in my dirty rice. I wouldn’t even give this food to the homeless. Absolutely unacceptable...
Read moreI received my food at 6:57am from the bojangles on east innes street in Salisbury nc. I called when I realized all of the food was cold as well as the coffee. I called back and was on hold for 45mins. I drove back to the restaurant and was still on hold .I returned all the food to the manager said her name was Miranda. She was very rude and didn't replace the order for over 15min. When she brought the food out, nothing was replaced but the biscuits. She then said I gave you free food and wouldn't return the receipt .After checking the biscuits she did hand us, I realized they were the exact same biscuits with burnt meat, which was part of my original request. She then told me to leave her store after I had to walk in the store to soeak to her becauseshe rudelywalked off when i told her my food wasn't replaced.. She told me to call cooperate. I asked for the store number, and she refused to give it as well as the cooperate number after she was the one that rudely suggested for me to call them. She then got on a phone and called someone saying I was in the store acting irate. I was standing behind the counter never raised my voice at all. She never came back to the front. The store number wasn't posted nor a number to contact the cooperate office or her manager. One of the employees told me she took it down. She was completely rude as well as unprofessional. Read moreThis is hands down the best Bojangles to get good Bojangles food like you could get at every location prior to 2019. Since COVID shutdowns I have all but dreaded going to Bojangles because of food quality at most locations. I stopped for breakfast every day for about 2 weeks because me and my crew were dragging on the job site and they needed a moral boost. I remembered this location was the best Bojangles I have had in the last 2 years. The biscuits were cooked to perfection warm and your teeth just sink right thru them I think I had a couple steak biscuits maybe a steak egg and cheese, a couple bacon egg and cheese, country ham, probably 20 Cajun fillet biscuits. boberry biscuits, bo rounds, Cajun fries. I left happy every day. The only downside is they messed up our order about 50% of the time. One day we were missing two Cajun fillet biscuits, missing a drink another day, gave us a sausage biscuit instead of a Cajun fillet, there were some other problems and they took care of every one we went back inside to get fixed. Sometimes we just ate what they gave us. The staff is nice I just know to check my bag before I leave, mistakes are fixable as long as the food is good and this is the only Bojangles I currently want to go to.
