Starbucks — Restaurant in Salisbury

I've stopped here many times before today only to wish that I had never wasted my time. The drive thru takes forever every.single.time. A friend and I met at this location today and decided to go inside to enjoy some coffee. There was trash on the floor throughout the store, including the bathroom. This location only has tables and desk chairs, no comfy couches or chairs to sit on. We ordered our drinks then sat down and waited patiently for 10 minutes only to receive incorrect drinks. I ordered a hot chai latte and ended up with an iced chai while my friend ordered no whipped cream on her drink but was given whipped cream. The correct drinks and instructions were clearly printed on the labels. The barista didn't even bother to double check the order. We were not able to get the barista's attention after she placed our drinks on the counter so we brought the drinks back up to the counter where we paid and I simply asked for a refund because of the wait and incorrect drinks. She offered to have our drinks remade but we did not care to wait another 10 minutes on drinks that might not even be made correctly. They refunded my money and my friend and I drove to the other Starbucks in Salisbury where we had a MUCH better experience. Do yourself a favor and drive to the newer location where you will get your drinks made correctly and in a timely manner. The new location also has lots of very comfy chairs and couches to choose from along with an inviting atmosphere unlike...

First time through the drive-thru at this place, the lady who waited on me was friendly enough then quickly notified me that three things I ordered were out of stock, then I told her I wanted a water for sure and then I asked them if they could make one of their featured drinks because the last time I had had it it had been made wrong. She didn't know what the drink was but I assured me they could. Then at the window I inquired about a nationally advertised cookie and they basically told me everything I had heard about the cookie was misinformed. Thank God there was actually a manager because there was barely any organization. I was the only person in the Drive-Thru and it took almost 10 minutes to get one drink. I ended up not getting the cookies because they told me it wasn't what I thought it was. Then I'm finally handed my two drinks and the sizes are swapped. So I was overcharged and all the girls could say was well I already ran the transactions sorry. Thanks more than $5 for an over sugar drink that was made in correctly with no sticker on the side. I'm not sure why everything had to be a conversation but I will definitely never be stopping here again. The mystifying thing is that there was nobody else to wait on but I had 5 people all telling me I was wrong all at once. I love Starbucks and have never been to a Starbucks that makes so many mistakes and makes you wait so long. On average i wait 20-30 minutes for my coffee drive thew or walk in. even when i preorder online before i leave it still is not ready. They often don’t get my drink right. My last three visits have really put me over the edge. Today I ordered a latte with caramel drizzle. they didn’t steam my milk and the caramel dropped to the bottom and over whelmed it at the end so half my drink was ruined. Because we couldn’t see the caramel on top as its supposed to be. so i asked for more and didn’t realize it till the end of the drink. Also I arrived at Starbucks one night before driving up to pa for the holidays. I was in the drive thew at 1026 they closed at 1030 I watch them take the order of the truck in front of me, when it came time for my turn there was noone on the other side i drives forward the window was still opened from the last customer the man ignored me. then a lady walked over after waiting for the man to aknowlage me for a minute and she said I’m sorry we close AT 1030… I then drove threw the night 8 hrs to pa with no expresso.
