Yes, I was in the restaurant of Burger King in Southbury, North Carolina and the manager was disrespecting a homeless person that a woman took and bought 4 happy meals and she offered him to that gentleman and even came in. And she told to give that homeless guy before happy meal. Well, the manager turned around and started on the homeless guy and turned around. He only gave the gentleman one cheeseburger. Small fry and a small fry and a small drink. What she bought for and he literally was cut down the homeless. He even cut down a couple of that. They gave a chance to give my job up there and talking about a couple of females that they game a chance and the one was even her. Her boyfriend was a drug user. No, that is very justrespectful because he even gave Gale's name and even said more or less. There are nuisance over there. I understand that, but you've got to understand something too. There are people too. Thank maybe that's young man. Needs to be done on his walk. Because some of the information he gave like the lady's first name and stuff is actually could cause Burger King to have a lawsuit. And it's on my video cam that I carry on me the whole conversation where he's cutting a gentleman down. And everything so I think what needs to happen. Corporate needs to get involved and possibility. Because I know where that female hangs out and I'll let him know because I don't go for it if she's not there. He shouldn't be bringing her name up. And judging the people just because they're homeless is not right and I understand he may be having a bad day, but it's no reason to take it out on the homeless, If you watch a video in the store on your security system, you'll see the way he handled.    Read moreNot sure what's up with this location. The staff were all great, absolutely no negative comments on the staff at all, and for what they were dealing with, was actually surprising. Today 07-03-2022, drive through was closed for inside orders only. Ordered an impossible whopper meal and 2 double burgers, fries and drink. The POS system was half operational, so the cashier had to take our order at one register and payment at another. I overheard her tell other customers they were out of quite a few items on the menu. The soda fountain was out of every flavor of syrup except for diet items. The cashier was very nice and got us regular sodas from the drive through fountain. The food came out correctly and we went on our way. The fries were stale and the impossible whopper smelled awful as soon as I unwrapped it. It was inedible as something on the sandwich had to have been expired. I have never smelled something so awful before. We were unfortunately too far away to turn around for a refund. Not sure what is up with this place whether it is management or franchise ownership, but its pretty terrible that these employees are working in these kinds...
   Read moreThis is the worst service I have ever received from any restaurant. I pulled in around 630-7 pm and waited in line for my turn at the order box. After about a 10 minute wait, I pulled up to the box and I sat in the drive thru patiently waiting to be greeted. I sat there for another 5-10 minutes and not a peep from the staff inside. I waited till all but one of the cars in line in front of me had been waited on at the window. I pulled up and waited for the car to be finished at the window. When I pulled up to the window, I politely let the lady know I had waited 5-10 minutes and had never been greeted and would like to place my order. She brought her manager over who insisted I had to pull around and get back in line and wait again. I was livid, this kind of customer service would have costed myself and my manager my job when I worked in fast food.
