DO NOT RECOMMEND. Experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any Chick Fil A franchise today. I was at the drive-thru window when I asked the team member for two kids straws, for the 2 bottles of milk I’d ordered. She told me they didn’t have kids straws and I said, “Oh, okay,” and took the straws she offered. Then, before I had moved forward even a foot, and with the window still wide open, she turned and loudly said, “Your kids can’t just drink out of the bottle?” Obviously, I stopped and advised her that no, they could not. They are 3 and 4 in a moving vehicle. Rather than apologizing or taking accountability for passing judgement and running her mouth, all she could do was dumbly nod at me. Embarrassing for her. I also briefly brought the comment to her manager’s attention. Kudos to her manager for apologizing for the comment she wasn’t responsible for making. If I wasn’t worried about holding up their drive-thru on a busy Saturday morning, I would’ve pointed out that lots of people require straws for various reasons—not just preference but also to accommodate disabilities. Kids straws are available at all of the CFA locations in the area I live, but I wasn’t asking her to pull one from thin air. I gladly took the ones she offered.
To add insult to injury the hashbrowns in our order smelled sour and rancid. Awful experience and I would drive 30 minutes in the wrong direction to avoid this...
Read moreHonestly, I haven’t been to chick-fil-a more than a few times in my life. But my gah, the difference between this place and all the other fast-food chains! The staff is sooooo nice! The drive through lines was booming. Cars upon cars. And in my experience that means I’m going to be waiting in a crowded line for a while. But I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes for the whole process! Took my order. Paid the lady. And my food was ready by the time I reached the window. 5 stars. Whatever food service formula these people have just works.
And to the entitled fireman who rated this store poorly because YOU didn’t get a discount there is absurd. “But sweet frog gave me one!” Ok? That’s really nice if sweet frog. Appreciate that. The staff was rude? I highly doubt that. You are angry because you couldn’t get a discount because your job. You shouldn’t expect that just because of your chosen line of work. Is it nice to be acknowledged? Sure. Is your job important? Of course. Do you deserve respect? Absolutely! Not everyone can do that job. But you can’t demand that all stores participate in certain discounts. Most places don’t even participate in veteran/military discounts from what I’ve seen. And taking it out in the staff or store is ridiculous. Get...
Read moreThis is the worst run and least efficient Chick-Fil-A I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. We sat in a line of traffic for over and hour and the team working was slow and incompetent. They could not find orders that were placed in system when we finally got to someone in line. I have been to 50 different Chick-Fil-A shops and have never in my life experienced the lack of service and incompetence that I saw today. The owner of this location needs to have a Lean Six Sigma study conducted to assess what changes need to be implemented to help this location get their service and support that I would consider a simple BASELINE OR BAR for what is needed to be relevant. And for what it’s worth after sitting in line for and HOUR waiting for our food that was placed online in advance of showing up at the restaurant… THE ORDERS WERE STILL NOT READY WHEN WE GOT TO THE MENU. My recommendation is the owner should sell this site to someone else who is competent and able to implement change that would allow this location to operate efficiently. These issues are a pure reflection of poor leadership and a service team in dire need of direction. IF I COULD RATE THIS EXPERIENCE A...
