Hardee’s — Restaurant in Salisbury

I love Hardee's and come to this establishment often, (solely because it is the nearest to me) but if you're someone who desires Service and Speed, take my word and go somewhere else. If you're on a 30 minute lunch break, you won't have time to eat. I went here today at around 11:10 A.M. and was the only person in Drive Thru. After I ordered and pulled up to the window. It took 6 minutes before she took my money. While doing so, she stated, "It may take a while, they forgot to fire up the grill." followed by an "Oh, and my manager doesn't know how to make the Bacon 3-way." --At this point, I'm not even sure if the burger I ate was made right, but it tasted good so no complaints there--It then took 10 more minutes for my food to be made. A week earlier the wait time was similar when ordering to-go inside.

I appreciated the honesty, but in my mind I wondered how this building was still standing. If the Franchise owner doesn't do something about the sorry management and staffing that exists here, I'm afraid there won't be a Hardee's there for long. CookOut is a great alternative, and being ten times busier while also being ten times faster, you can't beat that.

In summary, if you don't mind waiting a little longer, and have a craving for Hardee's that can only be satisfied by Hardee's, eat here. As far as I know they've never messed up my order. (Because they take an extra ten minutes to make sure it's just right (I assume that's what's happening lol))

I go to Hardee's often but only for their amazing breakfast. This specific Hardee's is pretty slow, and from my most recent purchase the entire incident went horribly wrong. For starters I sat at the speaker for approximately no exaggeration for no less the 5 mins. This Hardee's doesn't have a cover to prevent you from getting wet when it's raining outside, so since it was raining that morning and I was on a scooter I got completely soaked. Only to get to the window already wet and freezing, just to wait another 3 to 5 minutes for the lady to tell me sorry cash only our card readers aren't working correctly at the moment. And of course I didn't have any cash on me. Then, to top it off, I was already running behind so couldn't make it to go to another store or anything. They had already made the food so it just got tossed in the trash. I was very upset. The only reason I didn't rate them a one star is because all of the previous experiences there have...

I visit this Hardee’s at least 3-4 times a week and order the same thing every time: 2 sausage and egg biscuits, an egg and cheese biscuit, and 2 orders of sausage patties. Normally, with 2 orders of sausage patties, I receive 4 patties. However, today was different.

I decided to check my order, and I noticed I only received 2 sausage patties. I went back to the window to let them know I was missing an order of patties. To my surprise, the general manager informed me that 2 orders of sausage patties equal only 2 patties.

I explained politely that I order this regularly and know I’ve always received 2 patties per order. She responded by saying, “I don’t know who’s been giving you that, but that’s not correct—you’re only supposed to get 1 patty per order.”

In the end, I had to pay $2.68 for an order of sausage patties I should have already received. This experience was very disappointing, especially since I’m a frequent customer who knows...
