This is the worst place ever do not eat here. I ordered my food online and then I did not get any type of call for an hour. I had to go inside the store and I had for a pick up then they told me it wasn’t at that store. I looked online. It was at that store. I know I ordered at that store pay for it online Turn around and they said they lost my order then 30 minutes later they bring me cold food asked me do I want it? I told them no I do not want cold food. Return my money. The manager would not even return my money to store. GM said that he can’t give me back my money because it was done online. Stay away from this nasty place went in there. The floors was nasty food laying everywhere food sitting out in the open it smelled bad inside there. This was my first time going there and last time I was ordering a meal for my son who is an emt he said he wanted something lighter not from there anymore that is the nastiest place ever do not eat there and go past that disgusting place. I had to call the police because I could not even get a void receipt. The manager which is a little young girl ran to the back and hit in the back and I told her I’m not leaving until the police get here because I just don’t understand. Why are you a manager and you’re incompetent? You are manager and hiding in the back your manager in the store looks like this. It smells like this. It’s disgusting in there Save your stomach and your money and your life and eat somewhere else eat at home. That’s the best place. they need to shut that place down and stop making these kids managers stop making these kids supervisors stop making these kids managers over these stores. The far as they need to go is shift managers and they need to go through a lot of training safety training, food management training these places are disgusting Eat at home if you wanna be safe if you want good food and it’s cheaper everything has the audacity to get more expensive, but the quality and safety of everything has gotten so much worse...
Read moreI love Panera and I have visited a lot of different stores. Unfortunately this store does not match the quality of other stores. I don't believe it is an employee issue as far as the workers behind the counter making the food-they always seem to be working really hard to keep up with the many orders. The cashiers could have better customer service. They are not very friendly and it makes it awkward now as a lot of the menu has changed. The food is still very good. My order is always correct. The presentation is usually poor. The bakery seems to have a lot less choice then in the past. Anytime I order from the bakery at this location the item has not come heated. The coffee selection is poor. No iced mocha drinks. I have a membership for the unlimited sips but I will most likely cancel bc the ice machine is usually down, the sodas are flat, and this location does not offer liquid sweetener or any of the add ins I see at other stores. The self-serve iced coffee is very weak. Rapid pickup for inside the store is also not as nice as other stores. There is no screen to monitor next in-line. They do not use the pick up shelf. Again, I don't blame the employees. The way the store is built they would have to walk the length of the store twice to place food on the shelf. Picking up inside is more clunky bc you have to ask the busy workers if the order is ready (the app isn't always right). This store just needs more support. I love Panera. Read moreSomebody has taken what was a great restaurant and turned it into a very unpleasant experience. First off I don't understand why they discontinued table service. They are willing to drive across town to deliver food to my door but they can no longer walk across the room to deliver food to my table? Ordering is a problem too. I was told my first two menu selections would not be available until the next day? Once I finally selected something they were serving that day and paid for it the cashier chased me down to tell me they didn't have the bread I ordered. Another cashier then came in behind her and told us they had found the bread? Once at our table our conversation kept getting interrupted by the excessively loud PA system they were using to call out the names of people who's food was ready. We spoke with the manager about all this but all she could say is "I'm sorry". One good thing, they still have a really nice lady in the dining area that offers to help you in any way and she cleans off your table when you leave. I wonder how long it will be before they let her go and ask that you clean your table too. If you want fresh healthy food with all the hassles of inaccurate menus, incompetent cashiers, serve yourself food, and a PA system better suited for a sports arena then this is the place to go. If you want good food without all this then I suggest you go to one of the other nearby restaurants. The food may not be as fresh and healthy but the experience will certainly be a lot...
