First Baptist Church of Salt Lake City — Attraction in Salt Lake City

This is no longer a church. This place is ridden with apostasy and terrible leadership that has abandoned their historical values, and ALL Christian values.

They openly affirm and support LGBTQ sin, and allow women and LGBTQ people to SPEAK FROM THE PULPIT! This is something that is strictly forbidden by Holy Scripture.

They claim that Jesus Christ is not the only way to heaven, that “faith is not something we have (WHAT?!), it’s a call to action.”

They also say that the Puritans (the men who founded the Baptist church) are oppressive, claim that Baptists are non-creedal people (blatantly false), that we are free to “interpret Scripture however we want” and the Baptists are credobaptists because of “soul liberty”.
