Back in late October, I ordered a cheese cause I am a vegetarian of 10+ years. Picked it up at the Pizza Portal & got home. Pepperoni, even though the pizza tag on the box said cheese. I was pretty disappointed. I took it back & left it on the counter. I didn’t say anything or get a refund, but I should have. I decided to go in there yesterday to see if I could maybe get a cheese after telling them what happened, nobody even came up to the counter. It was a Thursday too. Not exactly busy, I was the only one in there. I used to come by here frequently, but after the pepperoni mix up & after yesterday, I wouldn’t even bother. No use ordering a pizza when they default to pepperoni & don’t acknowledge you standing there. People in the back saw me too, but nothing. Tried to call today & it just rang & rang. Not sure if it’s the same management from October, but unless you don’t care about what you get when you order from here, it’s a waste of...
Read moreThis is a 1 star review because there is no way to leave 0 star review. I ordered pizza for my kids’ Halloween party on Little Cesars website. The order never arrived, instead we received someone else’s order. I called this location, the guy that picked up the phone was extremely rude, used foul language on the phone. Told me that he is not remaking my pizza as Little Ceasars uses DoorsDash for delivery. I told him that I had paid them directly as I order on the website. He just hung up the phone on me. I called Dominos right away, I paid less and got my pizza. This is the second time when Little Ceasars does not deliver the pizza but at least the first time they remade it. I don’t want to hear about this pizza place anymore. They are aggressive and arrogant and just take your money and don’t deliver service in return. I am turning into o Dominos and other local pizza...
Read moreIt's Little Caesars you get what you pay for I guess. The quality is consistent across the franchises. What's not consistent is the service. I have been here a few times and every time the employees complain about how busy they are and they wish people would quit coming in....tell you what how about everyone stops coming here and you can not have a job? Look I have worked in the service industry before, I understand how frustrating it can be to be busy. There are probably 25 people happy to take your place. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. The manager needs to either adjust the employee attitude or get new ones. I would rather drive to a different one than be bitched at for purchasing your product. I'll just pay $6 more for Papa Johns.....at least they want...
