*Update- 3/11/20.. Still not disappointed. Went in on a Sunday morning and even though every chair was filled, the never missed a beat. They could have just not paid as much attention to the massages and exfoliating, but nope, Randy just called in reinforcements (Mom and a boyfriend of one of the employees) to help out and make sure all the customers got the same full treatment. Awesome place, I'm never going anywhere else.. :)

Ladies, and gentlemen, I am a 46-year-old woman who has lived in the Salt Lake Valley my entire life and I just found this gem in the Avenues that I wish I’d known about years ago! I just had the best Mani-Pedi that I’ve ever had. I got the gel polish and it looks fantastic. 🥰 The owner, Randy, sat me right down and got to work, the other girls (Selena and Heidi) were working on other customers but as soon as they were finished, they jumped in and took over doing whatever was next for me. Their flow and harmony together was seamless and the massages were INCREDIBLE! If you haven’t tried this place, I hope you do, I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I did. Can’t wait to go back, seriously I may go in between and just get a shine for the massage alone 😀 Very professional and pleasant team. Don’t miss out....

I hate to be the person leaving a bad review, but honestly I’m so unhappy with my nails that I feel like I have to do a public service announcement to help others not waste their money here. Although the customer service is great, the craftsmanship is not. I didn’t get my original set here, but came for a fill this week. Within an hour of getting a fill, several of my nails had the chrome rubbing off already. So I went in two days after my fill to have them fixed, which they kindly did so. But still, they look terrible! Only two of my fills got filled close enough to my cuticles and the rest look a week grown out. I also had to ask to have my cuticles fixed up and it was very poorly done, as you can see. The filled edges are incredibly uneven, paint is spilling over into the parts not filled, and there’s bubbles or dust, whichever, in some of the nails. It’s actually embarrassing to walk around with this set, my hands have to look nice for work and I’m going to have to get them redone elsewhere. This is seriously what my nails look like 3 days after getting a fill. I do not recommend and will definitely not...

While I appreciate them taking me in with an hour to close, the shaping and length on this set is quite inconsistent and not at all what asked for . I also no longer feel comfortable coming here again. My technician was able to show me two shapes, square with softened edges or triangle pictured below. I asked for round, he told me the correct term was almond and now I have extremely sharp pointy nails which are not round or natural at all. The shape of nail bed etc is not good looks like I did them myself and I don’t do nails at all. They are shorter than wanted because the technician had to keep going shorter to correct the shape.

Additionally the lack of sanitation between clients, the unfortunate nail clippings and dust literally everywhere, filthy floors, filthy towel my hands were resting on and my technician smashing and killing flies with his bare fingers than working on mg hands again is not clean especially during a pandemic. It’s not my recommendation through my experience to visit this establishment.

Also they sprayed a chemical on my hands which has left a chemical burn along the skins...

This place was HORRIBLE. I get my nails done almost every two weeks and I happened to be in Salt Lake City on a road trip and one of my nails had cracked so I thought I'd treat myself to a new SNS powder manicure. I called ahead of time and made sure they did SNS and did removal and the lady on the phone said they did so I went over only to have a man file and chip my nails (before this he tried to use an acrylic nail to PRY off the SNS powder from my last manicure) and didn't use the SNS manicure I'm used to. I kept thinking, it might get better, but it just got worse. Nothing was wiped off my fingers after filing, just a dry paper towel rub off before he went on to put a gelish base and the manicure turned out alright enough but when I washed my hands off a bunch of acetone was left stuck on my fingers, one of the girls tried to put cuticle oil on it to make it less obvious but it's still stuck on my fingers. Then when it came time to pay I paid what they had quoted me and then the girl who put oil on my fingers stood there and said __ only? So I begrudgingly gave a 10% tip. DO NOT GO HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
