All of their desserts are HEAVEN ON EARTH! This is a different type of parfait. Don’t be expecting any standard yogurt type of deal. This is whipped perfection. A unique spin of whipped perfection. I have been very impressed with all their flavors! No matter how many times you get any type of parfait, you can always expect the same consistency of flavor &texture!

PB &J- I’m not a fan of PB&J normally, but this is the ONLY exception!! I enjoy their blend! The jelly spread is smooth, doesn’t take like generic jelly. It’s the right type of sweet that has such a creamy taste that pops through a whipped consistency.

Hot Chocolate- You do get a nice kick of spices that really take you back to the taste of delicious Mexican hot chocolate! The spices aren’t over powering at all!

The strawberry cheesecake has the right amount of sweetness. You can taste the freshness of the strawberries.

Lemon-Blueberry- YUM! Sweet lemon with just a kiss of blueberries. It’s not tart at all. They’ve perfected the art of the right balance of ingredients on this one!

OG Banana- I’m a huge banana fan. This is my go-to! You can taste the fresh banana. With a lot of banana desserts, sometimes you can taste that the banana has been sitting in it for sometime. Not the case at all here! Their wafers just compliment it all on this one!

On a seasonal pumpkin &eggnog kick! The pumpkin is so smooth and creamy! The eggnog is decadent.

Love the fact that the wafers are made from scratch. You can taste the quality of the ingredients they use. I met the owners of Parfe Díem, and they are just as wonderful as their desserts! They truly care about customer service and just putting a smile on people’s faces with their desserts!

I walked into Parfe Diem, and my neurons immediately started doing the griddy. I was hit with a wave of dopamine so strong, I thought I was in the Ohio dimension. The parfait? Bussin’. The vibes? Skibidi toilet-tier. I was instantly transported to a realm where only sigma males exist, and they all rizz up baddies with granola.

-Granola was crunchier than my joints after a Fortnite dance marathon. Each bite was a symphony of texture, like a remix of the best parts of life.

-The yogurt was creamier than the smoothest rizz. It had me questioning my existence and whether I was worthy of such culinary excellence.

-The fruit was fresher than a low taper fade. The strawberries were so sweet, I thought I was in a dream sequence from a Pixar movie.

The staff at Parfe Diem? Straight-up legends. They greeted me like I was the main character in a slice-of-life anime. One of them handed me a napkin before I even knew I needed it. I felt like I was in the presence of culinary deities.

I paid $8 for a parfait that transcended time and space. It was like I had unlocked the final level of a game I didn’t know I was playing. I left Parfe Diem not just full, but enlightened. My aura was glowing, and I was ready to face the world with newfound strength.

Parfe Diem isn’t just a place to get a parfait. It’s a pilgrimage to the center of brainrot excellence. If you’re looking for an experience that will make you question reality and your place in it, Parfe Diem is the destination. Would I go again? Absolutely. Would I let it change me?...

Right off the bat, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The raving reviews were definitely not just hype. We stopped here on the way home because it was still open, which is a plus because not many things stay open late in Utah we noticed. They might have created one of my new favorite desserts, it’s the perfect combination of a pudding and cakey texture, AND if you get it frozen…even better! You have to try the OMG Gold Bar too! The vibe is immaculate and super fun, with indoor and outdoor seating. I also think they do pick up or maybe it was delivery as we kept seeing people walk in to just grab orders. It’s definitely a sweet treat but don’t worry they have complimentary water too :)

Also, to brag about the amazing experience we had…the play on words for the business name is so entrepreneurial coded. Parfé Diem is the embodiment of the Latin phrase, carpe diem meaning to seize the day or moment and so replacing carpe with Parfé is brilliant. Last but not least, the owner— what an amazing human! From the moment we walked in, he was so kind and fun spirited. We laughed and talked as if we already knew each other. Ask about his business and you’ll probably come to the conclusion that he deserves the success he’s gotten with Parfé Diem.
