Went for a lash lift, I let them know that my lashes take longer to process which I know because I've been getting them lifted for years. Not only did the my lashes not lift at all but the employee got glue stuck in my eye and I had to get eye wash to get it out. Since they didn't lift, I asked if we could make another appointment so they could complete the job in a few weeks, she said yes.
I called to confirm and the manager said I would have to pay for FULL-PRICE for another service because it wasn't their fault they didn't lift. I argued and let her know that I have had lash lifts for years and my lashes lift just fine if you process them closer to the max time. She finally agreed to half price and I said that wasn't good enough as they didn't orchid the service requested and I also had an irritated eye for a few days because of the glue. she finally agreed. went it, had the service redone, my lashes lifted just great with the second and more experienced employee. I enjoyed her a lot but had such a bitter taste from the first interaction and manager that I would have to advise you avoid this place if at all possible.
Note: my eyelashes take longer to process, they aren't resistant or hard to lift, I have had them lifted for over 2 years at various locations, I told the staff that they will need to process longer. They lifted beautifully when they were done by the second associate at your location.
I also called your 3rd party service for issues (the only number I could find) and they connected me to the manager who I talked to and texted multiple times. If there's someone else to talk to, I suggest providing that contact information because I definitely...

On Friday I lost about 3 sets of lashes on my right eye in the morning then at night I lost 2 on my left eye. They work with sets of 3 lashes linked together so each time a set falls off you end up losing a lot of lashes. On Saturday morning 3 more fell off from each eye. From the experience I had on other places this lashes were falling way to fast. I ended up calling them on Saturday and explained the situation. I also told them that I was going out of the country on Sunday and wouldn't have time to fix my lash before my trip. All they said was that their policy for fixing was 5 days after the lash was done and asked me to send them pictures via email. I couldn't go to have my lashes fixed due to my trip so I sent them my pictures and all they said was that it was normal to lose some lashes everyday and that all they could do was give me a "disccount" on a new filing. I didn't even asnwered them back because I felt like it was a horrible customer service to not even consirer what I was telling them. I know we lose lashes everyday when we do an extension, it wasn't my first time and I know how to take care of it. But I lost a lot of them in less than 24 hrs. By the end of 1 week all my lashes fell off. It didn't even last 1 week. I'm beyond frustraded. I spent a lot of money for something that didn't last not even 1 week. However she is the only lash artist I now trust to do my lashes here. She was out of town when I was going to get my bi weekly fill done and wanted to do this because I graduate this week and wanted my lashes to look great. I had another lash artist do my lashes. I ended up very disappointed. I was mistaken for another client who was scheduled to get a full set when I was just getting a fill so the wrong artist took me back. This was fine however after she had already begun working on my lashes did they realize that they switched the clients. The other lash artist could not finish the full set but would start. I felt like my fill was rushed and I was only there about half the time I am for a usual fill. I was left with lashes that felt week and only about 3/4 had extensions. Lashes that usually had extensions didnt even get any. I have fairly good retention but this time i have had lashes falling out like they do 1 week to 1 and 1/2 weeks in and this is only day two. I was frustrated and disappointed that I a loyal customer was rushed out with lashes that will not last the two weeks. My customer service opinion on deka has changed.
