We are building out a new game room in our home and decided to go check out Quality Billiards last weekend. I read all of their reviews before setting foot in the business, so I had a fairly good idea of what to expect. We got there around noon and it wasnât too busy with a just a few customers. However, they quickly got slammed with customers. We decided to let Josh know what we wanted so he was sure not to sell to someone else and we decided to come back later that afternoon when they were a less busy. Josh worked his tail off with every single person that walked through the door. It is no wonder why they have such high reviews. They genuinely care about the customer experience. My advice is that if you go in there and they are too busy, come back in a few hours. It is worth the wait in my opinion. We walked out with a brand-new pool table (went in looking for used), a cocktail arcade game, a slot machine, and an electronic dart set. Our new game room is going to be awesome and we are all excited to play! Josh is a superstar and his helpfulness was appreciated so very much. Quality Billiards will be our go to business for any gaming supplies or new games we choose to purchase in the future. We are also excited about their new location opening up in late March!    Read moreTerrible experience with a tip installation. Absolutely do NOT let Rowan work on your cue.
To preface this, I just had Shawn re-tip my cue about two months prior. Easy drop off, no explanation, picked it up and it was perfect.
Dropped it off this past Wednesday, meet Rowan for the first time. Instantly starts in on how he could potentially mess it up, void the warranty, ect. Huge red flag and I didnât feel comfortable leaving it there but I figured it was just me.
Says itâs not going to be done until Monday, even though there was only one install ahead of mine. No big deal.
Calls yesterday saying itâs done. I have it picked up today. I receive it and sure enough, he messed it up. Part of the cloth plate is now messed up.
This cue was given to me by my father as a gift once I got out of the Army. Huge sentimental value.
Called immediately and explained that I was not happy with his service and wanted some kind of answer as to why this experience was so different and what exactly he was going to do about it.
Explained that Shawn had just done the same thing with no issue and his reply was âwell, Shawn does things a little differentlyâ.
Then he laughed out loud on the phone. Said there was nothing he could do.
Needless to say I hung up, will not return and I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone utilize...
   Read moreThis is my very first review on anything but I put them through the ringer and they never batted an eye. They installed felt from their vendor that had a very minor defect in it. Honestly most people probably wouldnât have even noticed but I sent pictures to josh and he immediately responded and asked if I would like it redone I opted to do so. Then I had the same problem again (which josh was very surprised. Saying they almost never had issues with the felt. God story of my life of course it would happen twice to me. ) But he offered to redo it again,a discount, or in store credit. Since the table was fully installed I opted to play on it a few days and see if it bothered me. I did so and it didnât seem to effect much if any but I could still see it. Then surprisingly enough josh followed up with me rather then the other way around about what I had decided. I opted to have it re installed yet again and offered to pay more cause I knew it was such a minor defect and this would be the third install but he didnât seem to mind at all and just said that he wanted me happy with my table. Well third times a charm the table is amazing and looks great and extra props to his installer Jeremy I believe (sorry Iâm terrible with names but the guy in the red truck) request him...
