Bath & Body Works — Attraction in San Antonio

Customer service is trash. I usually go to Bandera and 1604... but my daughter wanted to go to Spencer's.. so we came to the Ingram bbw. My other daughter warned me that the staff here are miserable but how bad could it be right?? Well we get to the counter - and the lady (light complexion, thick and a little bit of attitude) acts like she's gonna take us, but instead instructed the other cashier to take us. Well my daughter forgot her coupon and mentioned " I forgot my coupon Mom" -so I allowed my daughter to use mine.. I never asked "Can I reuse it, ... never even said a word about using it twice. Then attitude lady that didnt wanna help us spoke up and said "YOU CAN ONLY USE THE COUPON ONCE"!! No one even asked or was talking to you- you should've chimed in when it was time to ring us up. This is why everyone i know doesn't shop at this bbw. Just keep going to NS. Also keep the urgency you have to speak up when no one's talking to you ,yo help...

I enjoy using some of the coupons sent to me through the mail from bath and body works because majority of the time it's the only time I'll get to really try and use the products offered. The scents most of the time are blasting and nice. Some are just too food related. But the prices have risen tremendously leaving me again reluctant on purchasing without coupons. They offer a "FREE" Product but in reality you have to purchase about 10.00 just to recieve it. And of course they'll always charge the more expensive one to you as in most places do.
