Chic fil a ingram location is getting worse and worse, the reviews show this place going down hill, and what's even more worse is that they don't seem to care. They advertise breakfast till 10:30 but don't honor it. Manager specifically stated that they run out of breakfast at 10:00 and I'm positive that's not the case unless they get a food delivery EVERY day/night to replenish their breakfast items, so instead it is that they just stop making breakfast items and don't care if you're there on time for breakfast. Additionally, current management is not performing, as lately orders are getting backed up and your told to drive around and wait in the front and when they do bring your order it's not the whole order then get upset cause they have to make another trip. C'mon upper management, this location NEEDS supervision, training and support. Do not recommend.
3 months ago Not sure what's going at this chic-fil-a, but it's been a bit of a disappointment lately. Within the last 4 months I've experienced unprofessional service and not receiving the order I paid for and instead get less. On one occasion, I accidentally drove through the wrong lane, as the mobile lane was new and the girl at the order area argued with me that I went through the wrong lane and could not place an order with no one one behind me and 1 car in front of me who already ordered I had to wait for them to get their order to drive around and go through the correct lane, by this time there was 1 other vehicle infront of me and as I got to the order lane the new car in front of me ended up behind me, so they apparently made the same mistake and could not order and was also made to go all the way around, very ridiculous. On a separate occasion I ordered all my meals in a large and got medium hash browns and the most disappointing was my cookie yogurt parfait, which wasn't even half full. The staff doesn't even greet you when you pull up to pay and get your food. Not a great experience. For your prices, do better...
Read moreI’m very disappointed in the services that I received from the team member here by the name of Juliana that was working around 8:08 pm tonight. I gave this young lady a $20 bill and my order was 11.94.
The change due back to me was $8.06. Juliana only gave me the .06 back. She did not give me the 8 dollars back.
I proceeded to let her know in a nice respectful manner that I was missing the 8 that she was supposed to give back to me.
She proceeds to tell me that she gave me my money back. I still, politely informed her that she only gave me my change of 6 cents back and not the 8 dollars that she owed me as well.
She then points to my wallet and says that she gave me my money back and starts to argue with me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!
The manager had to intervene and give me the 8 dollars that she refused to give to me. Instead of arguing with a customer, politely try to correct your mistake or politely tell me that you will call your manger for assistance.
I am convinced that she tried to STEAL MY MONEY and she really thought that I wouldn’t notice.
The management here needs to keep a very close eye on this team member!! It seems that this may not be the first time that she has had sticky fingers because of how she wanted to argue with me over this issue instead of correcting her mistake.

The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my order was taken accurately and efficiently. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which added to the pleasant atmosphere.
