Horrible experience at this location. First of all felt very light headed upon coming here, i just wanted something fast and quick so I chose to go through the drive thru. Placed my order, and told them I wanted two separate condiments for my fries and then they had me pull forward (which it wasn’t even busy) and wait. I waited for about 5 min and a different guy brought my food. I had a feeling that my condiments were not there so I quickly checked and sure enough, nothing. Before I knew, the guy already walked back inside ! So I literally had to turn my car off and walk inside but when I opened my car door I scrapped the side of my door on whatever that was there I didn’t see. I was more irritated at this point so I walked inside leaving my car there I front of everyone else that was in drive thru, and I told the same guy that I didn’t have anything in my bag I had asked for.. he then gave me ONE ketchup and nothing else. I said I asked for ketchup and picante. He went ALL the way to the back for about another 5 min and came back and said his “manager” was getting the picante. I thought this is crazy... all because this location is NOT prepared enough for their customers. If they didn’t have certain condiments available, I would have appreciated if I was told BEFORE hitting my DOOR and waiting like a fool before getting two SMASHED condiments with a HOLE in one of them. Not to mention the burger was flat and poorly made. Oh and I didn’t have NAPKINS either . I left thinking I’d NEVER in my entire life would come back to this location. Read moreI’d give zero stars if I could. Went through the drive-thru this evening and was asked to pull into the outter right lane. A young black girl came out and reached out to take my phone for the payment. I pulled back and said I was not going to hand her my phone or my card, there were no cars behind me and I asked if I could pull up to the window for payment and she said “no, you can go pay inside” I told her that defeats the purpose of going through the drive-thru, she laughed. I asked for her name, I couldn’t see all of her name tag and assumed her name was Honey so I asked “is it honey? can you call your manager?” She proceeded to open her orange vest and said “it’s Moe Money cause I get money” as she turned & walked away. I was shocked that her name tag actually said that so I laughed and responded “yeah OK at Whataburger”. The manager, Martin, came out and looked so confused/lost. I explained my experience and he apologized. I shared I have lived in this area for over 25 yrs and have never experienced this type of unprofessional customer service, he literally just stood there looking lost. I asked is it standard for your employees to put random names on their name tags and he said I’ve never seen it. I respectfully told him I no longer wanted the food and shared I would follow up with corporate. I will no longer visit Whataburger. Read moreMy review for this location was previously five-star, but not anymore. We went to grab some food after school, and first, the person running the drive-thru took forever to take each item of the order, while intermittently yelling at people in the background without turning off their mic. Second, the receipt we received was someone else's...complete with name and partial credit card info. Third, the order was missing an entire burger, and one of the ones they did give us was wrong. We parked and my wife went inside, to find staff trying to clean the fryer at 4:45pm right before dinner rush. No one but the curb runner acknowledged her for a while, even though there were 8 people running around. Finally, a manager acknowledged her and she told her the problem and presented the receipt that was on our food, and the manager proceeded to argue with her about "where is the second bag?" (Nonexistent) What's wrong with that one?" Finally she huffed back into the kitchen and returned with the missing burger...without replacing the incorrect one...and never once apologized. (The curb runner was the only one who apologized...maybe he should be managing the place instead). To top it off...the replacement burger was also wrong!
They don't seem to be having any staffing issues, so my only guess is they need to fire the management and promote the people who know how to actually...
