Casa Dulce Dulcería — Attraction in San Antonio

if i could give this place a 0 stars i would, was given wrong information from Blonde hispanic cashier Liz about a piñata when i came in early in the week to put in an order for a baptism piñata she didn’t bother confirming the correct pick up time information with her manager Jose due to him being in the store at the time. Manager(owner) Jose was helpful but told me not to include the cashiers name when writing a bad review, which i thought was ridiculous. Piñata lady could have called me ahead of time to give correct info or if there was any issue. I Showed up at after 3 pm when i was confirm to come pick up , everyone seemed confused and called the piñata lady and she was running 2 hours late!! I was nice enough to leave & come back an at 430 after manager Jose said he was going to call me at 4pm to advise me of order. Show up at 430 and Still NOTHING. I would recommend speaking with someone who actually knows what they’re doing or ask for assistance from someone who knows, or if you need an order don’t come here....

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!!! GO or purchase anything from this place. A BIG FAT BALD Latino stated I could purchase 2 items from the store in cash. He stated drawers were already closed. 1 item costed $7.20 and the other item costed $8.50...then he said my total would cost $23.00. HUH? When I corrected him, I told him that's incorrect. He replied in Spanish, "the tax is 8%. I corrected him and stated, With tax is $16.96. he then got upset and YELLED out, "this is too complicated, I change my mind, and leave!!! I told him how horrible is customer was, and was NOT! How a business, should be ruined. I told him I would contact the owner and the Better Business Bureau. He followed me out to my vehicle and started video me w his cellular. Horrible, just Horrible! Beware! And do...

I've been ordering from them since a while back, everything was delivered without any issue until my last purchase. My order was missing 1 item, I immediately contacted them through email but apparently they didn't see it. Well I decided to give them a call, the guy I spoke with was very nice amd promise to take care of watever was missing, he was supposedly going to call me back which he never did. Worse experience ever! Y'all can keep the money but I won't buy again! I recommended this store to some friends of mine in San Antonio, one of them went and had a terrible experience with them getting them to give a refund for something expired, be careful as well. Check your stuff if you ever buy from this people because apparently they don't care about...
