Extra Space Storage — Attraction in San Antonio

How you allow a rude, condescending and childish behavior or an employee to make accusations. Then based on those accusations. IMMEDIATELY have a customer escorted out of your facility by the police. Without even a curtsey call. To warn of should procedure is in progress. Which by the way is NOT In the contact I signed. Is OUTRAGEOUS to begin with. But your facility & the same employee CONTINUING to play games of when I can move my property. Without even notifying me that I am able to or not. (REC) Under your office hours ONLY. Is RIDICULOUS. Terrible. The staff never answers your calls because they are busy. They write your information down and don’t call back. You can’t get ahold of them to make payment and then they charge late fees. The facility is rat infested. A rat chewed the plastic off my fridge. Feces everywhere. They hook you with the low storage fees at the beginning and then they double the monthly fees. Safety does not exist as they leave the pedestrian door open to homeless people...

!!!!!!ATTENTION!!!!! Next door to the storage facility is a car wash that has cars lined up on SW Military. They are always blocking the entrance to storage, and I can't gain access to the driveway that lead to the storage gate entrance. This issue is every afternoon.
