To begin with I didnt know I would have to ring up my own merchandise when I visited the store the last time I new I'm not employed by target so that was disappointing not to mention the employee dont even now how to address customers when theres an issue with the target gift cards then u ask to speak to the manager in charge and the head lead person in charge doesn't even apologies for the inconvenience they have caused but is sure to let you know her name is Angela with an attitude and that she is the one in charge then having to call another store to get the number to speak to the district manager because another lead person by the name of cynthia tells me that the store manager by the name of Erin is not available to speak to me but that I can call back in one hour and if he's not to busy then maybe I can speak to him but what these leads don't realize is that with out us customers they wouldn't even have a job because the money that we spend at there store makes payroll for them maybe next time in the Monday morning meetings they should be reminded of this since it seems the have forgot how they...
Read moreAbsolutely appalling customer service experience. I placed an order for three dresses for in-store pickup, but knowing how quickly things go out of stock, I went in myself, physically located the dresses, and brought them to customer service—thinking this would ensure a smooth pickup. Instead, I was told I couldn’t simply take them; a team member had to “pick” them and mark the order as complete.
Fine. I left the items in their hands, trusting they’d bag them and finish the process. An hour later, I got a pickup email—only to be told two of the dresses were now “out of stock.” That’s simply false. I handed them over personally. They weren’t out of stock—they were misplaced by incompetent staff.
To make matters worse, a woman named Sam at the customer service desk was shockingly rude and dismissive. She was condescending, unhelpful, and had no place working with the public. Her attitude was insulting, and her behavior reflected a complete lack of professionalism.
I canceled my entire order. Target, do better. You lost a sale and a customer over sheer disorganization...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I called in on Sunday Nov. 29th because another target store in Temple, TX forgot to give me a game that came with my console bundle. (I was there for holiday) I was already in San Antonio when I realized they did that. So I called this location and the so called store manager Iliana told me that she could not help me because she didn't want it to mess up HER inventory and I would've had to drive 3+ hours back to Temple, tx for the damn game!!! Seriously?????? (Judging by the other reviews they never have anything in here anyways) I straight up told her "so you are more worried about your inventory than by making your customer happy"? And she basically said yes reiterating what she said before. Worst customer service ever! I would highly recommend for y'all to go to the location on SE military. It was on the other side of town for us but they truly do value their customers and did everything to make me happy and prevent me from having to drive back to temple, tx to pick up a...
