Earth Burger — Restaurant in San Antonio

I'm a big fan of EB but I am going to keep giving low ratings for the Park North Shopping Center location until they get their staff to stop being rude. I don't begrudge anyone having a job but there is a person there that should not have a job where she is required to interact with humans, in this setting at least. She alone brings down the vibe. For example this location is not "hopping" & she may very well be the wet blanket. It USED to be a happy place that was enjoyable to visit. As much as I love the food and support this way if eating, I CAN live without it. Unfortunately, this lack of good staff is stretching out to other restaurants of this enterprise, case in point Green Vegetarian Cuisine. There's a gal there that should never answer the phone. I don't want to mention which location of this family's restaurants that is still a pleasant experience for fear of jinxing it. But I am not uncomfortable letting go of something for good when I've given the place multiple chances to get back to it's original good/nice starting point, without even surpassing. I just don't want nasty attitude when I'm about to eat. Come on. And FYI as a customer I AM allowed to ask questions. And I am allowed not to do something when it is not illegal harmful or negatively effecting the restaurant's business. If I AM required to do something then tell me why, nicely. I don't deserve a sneer or snub, and to be suddenly treated badly when seconds before you didn't have a problem with me...all b/c I had the temerity to ask a question. Which was never answered.... THAT'S rude. I wasn't rude at all & never have been at this EB but lately every time I leave I am a LOT less happy than when I arrived...in fact I'm mad. If you are this miserable try very hard to work elsewhere. Try. You deserve...

Foods not bad, but customer service is horrible. The Female General manager there has a major attitude problem and will make you not want to return back. We went there to eat for lunch and tried to conduct business and the music was blasting as of your in a club. Had a few business calls came and and they couldn't hear us on the other end. We went and asked them to turn down the music a little and THAT sparked an attitude. We were wandering whether or not we were in a restaurant or a club! We thought we were going to just come and have a nice vegan meal, but not the case. It came at a cost of inconvenience instead of comfort. Will advise to use drive through our go to another location. This one isn't so customer friendly....

Changing this review completely, because of the crew that was there today. Lucas, Matt, John, Josh and the guy that was on the grill (think it was Ben) not sure. When you get great food with a smile it just makes you feel welcomed to return. That's the kind of service our family received today. Words cannot express the hospitality and the quality of food that was displayed. This place will go above your expectations when the right people are working there. Don't hesitate go try their salted caramel...

Reviewing earth burger in Mall if America, in Bloomington MN.

Sadly when I went to try this place for first time the location seemed to be out of alot of product, cheese, soda, and fries. So I couldnt enjoy a basket as its intended.

Upon getting the $7.50 burger I was expecting good quality and preparation, but found it was lacking.

Burger bun was same as you find at McDonalds, cheap and made at a mfg location. For the price I expected a brosch bun or something similar.

Veggies were also just slapped on with no care and limited too, single tomato slice, 2 inch piece of lettuce, and onion ring not even separated sk you get big onion taste when you bite in.

Having better preparations for the burger, I think it be a swell burger.

The burger itself was very tasty. It had a slight char taste like that of a burger grilled in charcoal which was delightful. Think little better attention to not over cook it would have pushed this to 3 star instead of 2.

I'll try this place however in 6 months to see if quality changes, also my review is regarding the food I had, not lack of for what they didn't have stock.

I think this place can be great once they focus on prep and quality a little more to reflect...
