I'm giving a 2star only because the waitress was nice. -The beans taste like something out of a can! Brown some flour and add some shortening and may improve them! For GREAT flavored beans cook fresh. Add beans to HOT water, and add salt only when almost fully cooked! After fully cooked, mash and add plenty lard or shortening! -The rice was tasteless! Must brown in plenty oil, then add bell pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, cumin, and some tomatoes sauce! Cumin is a must! -Enchiladas were ESPECIALLY in need of flavor. In a small bowl add chili (even if it's powder) some water, mix well, then set aside and have it ready! Brown flour in skilet in plenty of shortening, STIR flour and while browning slowly pour chili and water mix, stiring as you quickly fork out lumps, THEN add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and some cumin to flavor (even if you use powder chli). Cook it on midium heat for 5 mins. This chili can be poured over ANY enchiladas, sprinkle chedder or Colby cheese, or white cheese, and place under heat to melt! DELICIOUS! Honestly do not want to sound rude, but I would never return to this restaurant, and must advice friends and family not go there! MUST GIVE YOUR FOOD GOOD FLAVOR! I did not try your tortillas! By the way your tea container must be washed out with soap between brewing, because it affects your tea FLAVOR! The container can not just be rinsed! Your tea was SOO terribly bitter, because of that! I might try to stop there one time in the future to see if some changes have been made. I don't know what else you serve there maybe there are some things like fish that attract some people but your beans rice and enchiladas are not going to bring a crowd in. Many blessings and I pray the changes are made and no criticism was intended with this post! Thanks for showing concern for customers, by at least...
