This is not the first time I have waited a ridiculous amount of time for my order to be taken here. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing 2 cars that came in after me, get their orders, I stopped a car hop and asked why I was waiting, he said he would take my order in a moment. Again I wait about 10 min, another carhop comes out and I ask her why my order has not been taken and she just keeps repeating "what can I get for you? What can I get for you? What can I get for you?" AS I'm speaking to her. I ask for the manager. A manager named Robert comes out, I proceed to tell him about my experience and his response was "did you press the button?" Really???? I told him yes I pressed it multiple times. He then begins to tell me that I should not have waited that long, that was ridiculous, I should have driven to a different stall if I had really wanted my order taken. He offered to go inside to get a pen and paper to write my order down. I told him to forget it. Why should I have to move when your employee just told me he would come take my order? If a stall is not working, that is YOUR responsibility, not mine. You have more employees than you do cars at your establishment, and yet I have to wait 20 min, only to be told its my own fault my order was not taken. I dont believe this manager has any kind of experience working in customer service, or with people in general. Read moreFood is great. Customer service is difficult. This sonic was rebuilt for its previous ratings and everything electrical in there should work. This sonic needs more workers to keep up with all the stalls and especially cooks to prepare meals as soon as orders have been placed. Drive through usually the fastest especially since they have a card swiped outside to give other customers there orders when a complaining unsatisfied customer takes up the window spot. But who wants to go through a drive through when the words Drive-In is the main purpose. Pull into a stall know what you want to order before pressing red button. Simply place an order and make sure the worker reads it back to you with your total and ask you what you will be paying with so they can have the exact amount of change prepared for you instead of running back and forth. Then have the meal ready before taking the customers money. And rather give it to them the moment they pay or take the change and walk or jog inside to grab their food after being counted or put away. Thinking about applying myself to see what’s really affecting this sonic. The workers lack of effort or the struggles with multiple orders at one time but such small crew. Read moreI usually don't leave negative comments but I wasn't satisfied at all this time around. Okay so I went to this location thinking oh cool they are open till 1am and I wanted a late night shake. Well I get up to the drive thru at about 12:07 am. Then the lights when out and I was confused cause I checked this location and it said 1 am. So I call the corporate office to see what's going on. They check and confirm yes that it's suppose to be open. The corporate office tells me somebody will call me the next day to follow up with the situation. So I say ok. I get the call, say about 11 am and the GM says that he is sorry for the mix up and says that he doesn't know why corporate has those hours mind you I checked online as well for these hours. The GM tells me that those are the hrs for this franchise and just tells me have a good day. Okay so I didn't get any compensation for this at all and not even offered anything for the inconvenience. I'm not one to just call and complain to get free stuff or anything but I wasn't even offered anything just I'm sorry. I wish this situation was handled a little better is all. So for this franchise I won't be going to anymore. I love sonic but just not this location. I will be going to another location that is just a little further than my house just to avoid this ever...
