The management guy at the window on 5/17/2025 4pm, overcharged me. I think his name was javier. Seems real friendly, a little overweight. I think he was management because He was in all black. He did a lot of fast talking at the window and didn't give me a receipt, so I checked my credit card balance in the drive through and saw I was overcharged. Ironically, after I spoke with him and gave him my credit card, I turned to my daughter and told her I felt this guy is gonna mess this order up somehow because I had to clarify my order to him at the window 2x. It was like he was hyped up and distracted but came across as competent and his focus was elsewhere. I went back inside to confront him about it, and his first excuse was he accidentally charged me for 2 large combos instead of one large and one regular. When I pointed out that upgrading one meal would not account for an $8 difference, I asked for a receipt, and he just gave me a receipt of the total and not one that itemized what I purchased. He then said that he realized he accidentally charged me for an extra large drink. I pointed out that it still leaves money unaccounted for, and I wanted an itemized receipt to see how I was overcharged at least $7. He handed me $7 cash and he printed me up a receipt that wasn't what I ordered and gave it to me refusing To give me a copy of the actual order he put in the computer when I ordered. THIS GUY IS OBVIOUSLY SKIMMING. What made it worse was that he continued to lie to my face when I was pointing out I knew what he was doing. He stole then lied about it. Read moreWe had a very unpleasant experience today at your restaurant located at 8296 Marbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78227. I was dining with my sister, using gift cards we received for Christmas. The employee that took our order was Terri. She was very rude and unpleasant and it appeared she was bothered when we needed assistance. We noticed the customer ahead of us had a similar encounter with her when asking for dipping sauce, which she informed him they were out. I also requested bbq dipping sauce and was informed that they were out as well. I understand out of stocks happen but her way of speaking to me was not professional and again very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I then went to get some ketchup from the self serve pump, it was either broken or empty . I had to go back to the counter and request packets. Terri met me at the counter and when I asked for packets, she asked if the pump was empty, when I informed her that it was she asked how many packets I wanted. I asked for 8- because I was needed them for myself and my sisters meals which included fries and nuggets since this location was out if sweet and sour sauce and bbq sauce. She proceeded to grab them but also by rolling her eyes, breathing heavily and said words under breathe, annoyed with my request. As we ate our lunch, we noticed she did treat every customer in the same rude and unprofessional manner. Her customer service was terrible and ruined a Christmas gift we received. This is the closest location to our house but if Terri will be there to serve us, I will have to either dine elsewhere or drive out of our way to another BK location. Read more• Saturday May 6, 2023 We ordered the usual burgers, fries, onion rings, and chicken nuggets. The burgers are great when reheated. They’re never served hot. The fries luke warm, very dry crunchy onion rings as well as the nuggets (which probably sat under a heat lamp longer than recommended) could well be flung by a sling shot at Corp BK but that would be a safety hazard. Guessing the best way to enjoy a BK burger is ask to nuke it. You don’t really believe they have someone in front of a hot grill do you? Maybe order the fries from your choice venue after you pick up your favorite BK burger, go home nuke it yourself (30s will do) while you enjoy your still hot fries. Better yet just get a BK drink. How can they screw that up? Honestly, order from Whataburger! You know Frozen Dreams within minutes from BK and TJ’s burgers south side are mom and pop joints serving hot food fresh off the griddle unless it’s a cold dessert. To them I rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Enjoy.
