Even though this was close by, we have been ignoring this theatre for quiet a while as we always choose to watch in Palladium. When we tried the Regal cinemas 14 for the first time it was a pleasant surprise. Honestly did not expect a premium experience. Since then, it has been our first choice in theatres. A very good movie theatre with a contemporary feel. Recliner seats enhances the movie watching experience. Rich sounding speakers elevates the sound effects. Good number of screens but moderate sized screens, wish they had an IMAX feature. Plenty of free parking lots. Surrounded by numerous restaurant and eateries. They also have a trampoline park. And the best thing of all, it's a movie pass theatre and sign up for their rewards to earn those points. 👍

The Regal Huebner Oaks was surprisingly wonderful, with comfortable assigned seating, excellent concessions, which made for a complete viewing experience. The friendly attendants at the concessions were exceptional, with a friendly attitude and a quick serving time. My attendant was nice enough to help me carry the drinks and the food to the theater, with such a wonderful and helpful attitude, that it affected not only my viewing experience, but everyone else's. Kudos to the young man who was also well versed in all the movies playing. We watched The Flash and give it TWO THUMBS UP! Excellent movie, the kind you love to watch over and over again, so we will buy the DVD when it is released.

You pay a bit more than at, say, Cinemark, but wow was it worth it! You get what you pay for because their reclining seats are amazing! The spacing is also generous, so you can have your seat fully reclined and there will still be plenty of room for others to get by you to their seats without you having to move or worry about your popcorn or drink getting knocked over! I love that you can reserve your seat right when you buy your tickets, too. No more buying tickets and then getting inside only to find that the theater is so packed that the only seats left are too close to the screen and you have to strain your neck to watch the movie (which is even harder if you're tall)!

Literally rated one star only because I had to!!! WORST EXPIRENCE EVER! I just moved to the area and the theatre has a great rating so I figured it would be an awesome movie expirence and at first it was. The theatre is well kept and the seating is comfortable but every one who works there is stupid. I bought two movie tickets at 7:00pm for a show at 8:30pm my husband and I bought our movie snacks and drinks, sat down to the movie and 5 minutes in an obnoxious loud family came in to see the movie, this was a family of 3 adults and at least 4 small children I’d say all between the ages of 5-10 on a school night at an 8:30 show for a “Possession of Hannah Grace” mind you. I ignored how loud they were until a man approached me and said he bought tickets for my seats. I showed him my tickets had the seats I was sitting in and he went to get an employee (which is understandable) I was asked to go to the service center so I was getting more aggravated than what I already was at having to hear obnoxious people first then being interrupted by them. Turned out the employee who sold me the tickets gave me tickets for the showing at 6:15pm, a show which was already on for 45min when I bought the tickets. DUMB! So I had to leave the theatre. The manager was only going to refund me for the movie tickets and not what I bought at the consession stand. So I had to stand there and explain that, because one employee got the show time wrong then ANOTHER employee didn’t check the show time on my tickets when I got there that I needed a full refund of every cent that I spent here that night. He acted as if I was lying or something and I was in the wrong even though my receipts clearly show I bought the tickets at 7:00pm again, 45 minutes after the movie he sold me tickets for had starred. Why would anyone buy tickets for a movie that’s been in for 45 minutes!! He finally agreed with me even though clearly his employees were wrong. So basically the movie guests at this theatre came across as “ghetto” if I really had to pick a word that would be it also, the employees are pretty much stupid and, the managers are rude and not willing to see that the paying customer is being treated as a paying customer. I mean he literally acted as if I was lying and in the wrong. Just Ridiculous! I will never be back to this theatre and now I will double check the time on the movie tickets I purchase. ZERO...

I’ve seen countless movies here over the past 2 decades and I’ve always enjoyed my experience.

Unfortunately, this last visit was awful. I know shortage of staff is common at a lot of places, but not here. Starting with this concession stand. They had 6-7 registers open. Yet each line to get snacks was extremely long. I’ve been here several times and have seen managers helping the staff in any way possible or atleast help bring the lines down. Instead I see each one of these kids at the register struggling to keep up. Meanwhile the managers (3 of them) are at the ticket both just talking laughing, having a great time. The managers looked like they were still in High School so I wasn’t too surprised.

Next they had ran out of a couple things so we ended up compromising and getting regular popcorn. This popcorn was stale.

We needed napkins, so I ran back to get some. In the whole theater there were only 2 napkin dispensers that were half filled. Strange since I counted over 14 napkin dispensers in the whole theater. All other 12 were completely empty so it took me a while to hunt down a napkin as you can imagine.

Another thing that was a bit off putting was that all trash cans were jam packed. I mean over flowing with trash. Even the outdoors trash cans. Went in to the movie and came out the theater looked worse and trash still wasn’t taken out. Imagine seeing a massive pile of trash next the condiments , not very appetizing.

When we got to our chairs we were saddened that the recliners for both of our seats was already broken. I found this a bit strange considering they just remodeled this theater and recliners are in great condition. Obviously not a massive problem but the movie was marketed as “recliner” seating so it was surprising.

Even with all this, I’m a very patient man and probably would have given them a pass, but what put me over the edge is the cliental. It has drastically changed. From the couple next to us, literally phone out texting and scrolling through social media and talking the whole movie. There was another couple towards the front talking as well.

I saw a man clean off his icee with one of the few napkins available and proceed to place the sticky dirty rolled up napkin back in the napkin dispenser. Classy.

This was my last visit to Regal...

The last time I came here there was still trash on my seat but I instead have them a pass. This time I was willing to buy their promoted monthly subscription to watch unlimited movies and I was feeling pretty good after getting a seat for free. Unfortunately that good feeling came to an end quickly, I saw that if you bought the monthly subscription in March then you get a free popcorn and a Pepsi so I went to go claim it and when I told the worker attending me he had no clue of what I was talking about. When my total came out to 10$ I asked him about the free popcorn and Pepsi that was being promoted with the subscription and he and another worker just started at me like if they had no clue when there was signs everywhere. Even at this point I was giving them a pass in my head because they probably weren’t told about anything. The problem I had tonight was with who I suppose is the manager. The workers attending me kindly went away for a second to ask for help to clean things up and the manager came at me with some of the worst service I’ve experienced in years. I explained to him the problem and he seemed confused too. The man in charge of making sure his staff is properly informed on everything didn’t know the theatres own promotions which is most likely why the workers didn’t know. He wasn’t engaged in trying to help me and was honestly just making the situation more complicated. I asked if everything was going to be free and I was given the response of “can’t you see the 0’s on the screen” how disrespectful and I could’ve said something but I’m going to let my money do the talking and whoever is reading this should too. He couldn’t give me a clear answer of what the promotion really was and after I just told him to just get me what is free because it had taken so long we were missing our movie. I ended up getting my free items but still, what a headache and 100% not better service than if I had just gone to a Santikos theatre...
