Read moreAbsolutely amazing! I recently was looking for the indie edition of Skyshade. No stores anywhere near me received any so I started calling around. When I called The Twig Book Shop they were quick to assist! I appreciated how quickly the associate went to check their inventory, because the books were selling out so quickly. Instead of placing me on any kind of hold I could hear her walk over to where they were located and immediately scoop up the last copy they had. After a brief exchange of information my book was on it's way to me! She even assured me that the postman hadn't been there yet so she would get it packaged up and it would be in the mail that day. I received it 2 days later and I couldn't be happier to have it in my possession. Nothing was damaged as they packaged it beautifully. While I haven't had the pleasure of being able to visit their store yet, I still cannot recommend them enough based off of the fantastic customer service I received. Next time I am in the area I will absolutely be stopping by and I recommend you...
Read moreTwig bookstore is so beautiful and would have so much to offer if it wasn’t for their staff member’s horrible attitude towards clients. When I entered the bookstore I approached an older woman with a gray pixie cut who was sitting behind the desk and asked where she would like me to set my drink that way I could abide by their no food or drink policy. With this, she very quickly pointed to a small unnoticeable table with a sign that had been hidden from my view. “Hurray! Imaginary Confetti everywhere! You know how to read!” She said in a very demeaning tone as she clapped. I cannot speak for the other staff members however this specific person is known to have been vile in the past so I can’t just give her the benefit of the doubt. It was far too early in the day for her to be so hateful. You work in a bookstore please read up on emotional intelligence and learn kindness. Even though I love this bookstore if this is consistent staff behavior I won’t be...
