They are discriminating against people with disabilities. The managers/assistant managers asked me to leave and called security due to my disability. I’ve been coming here for years but I will never step food in this place again. I will also make sure I report them to the ADA.

TO THE OWNER: I was not making a scene, not screaming just letting them know of my disability and reason for not being able to wear a mask. The managers surrounded me as if was some kind of criminal. I was explaining to them the mask disability exemptions and asking for their names, not one of the the three people there gave me a name that’s why I was still there. They were rude and condescending and called security on me right away. I did not want to dine in, just wanted to order food. They did not make any “sincere accommodations” . I didn’t know all the food choices inside, they did not offer menus or to take my order while safely distancing. They just told me to call it in. Again, these two were rude and definitely not providing the customer service every one deserves. The security person was nice, understanding, and listened to me even if she couldn’t do anything about them letting me in, while I was talking to her outside the business one of these so called managers came out trying to say more things to me and rolling her eyes. They could learn a thing or two from the nice...

The Bottling Department at The Pearl is technically the name of the food hall (aka food court). There are five or six different places to eat at. BBQ, burgers, ramen, and even healthy food options (shout out to The Good Kind) are available.

And then there’s the Bottling Department BAR…yay!

They don’t have anything on draft (but that’s ok). Everything they offer is in a can and it’s mostly regional craft beers. They pour it into a plastic cup and you are free to walk around the Pearl with it.

They do have wine, but no liquor.

12 ounce canned beer is between $5 and $7. Yeah, that’s a bit steep and seems like airport prices, but everything at The Pearl is pricey. They do have one beer that’s only $3, but since it’s Pearl beer (barf), I really wouldn’t consider that a bargain.

It can get pretty loud in the food hall when it gets busy. During special events, the lines for each business can be very long and...

I come here for Maybelle's Donuts. Love 'em. The low rating has to do with the "Bottling Dept" ... the open eating space. It's not clean. This isn't the 1st time that I've had to ask to have the tables cleaned. Most tables were empty but every table had crud on it. After I asked ... 3 people came out and started cleaning. YAY! But how about being waaaaay more proactive. Don't wait for me to SEARCH for a clean table. Being unsuccessful, now seek somebody out to ASK that (ALL) tables be cleaned. Then have to pick the cleanest dirty table to sit at. With all the food choices in the area ... it won't jump as my go-to place to eat if I have to jump through hoops to get a clean table. Now I'm seeing FIVE folks cleaning. WOW! Better scheduling???...

This food hall is small compared to most about 4-5 places to order food/drinks from. I tried “The Real Recipe/Freight Fried Chicken” and it was delicious! I ordered a 3 piece fried chicken with Mac and cheese, sweet tea, and their pecan pie bites. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, that Mac and cheese could be served on an old boot and still steal the show. I enjoyed that I got to keep the container the tea came in, it’s so cute and served as a great water bottle while walking around after. Only thing I didn’t like was the spicy ranch just too tangy for my liking. Joseph was kind, and even came to the table to check on everyone. You don’t get customer service like that at alot of food halls

Overall the food court is well kept, clean and friendly staff. Down side, many flies come into the area as doors open and close consistently. Out of the restaurants in the food hall the best tasting and most popular is the Tenko. The ramen is very good. Great taste and very filling. A definite come back for more ramen. Second most popular would be Fletchers. The burgers and sodas are well done and tasty. The Good Kind was ok. Food was a little bland, a little more creativity or taste could help. Still have two more restaurants to taste, but for now Tenko takes the best and most popular restaurant within the food hall.

My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I visited the Food Hall at Bottling over Memorial Day weekend. This review is long over due! The atmosphere is amazing. It’s located in a really cool area of town. Love the urban green space and the outdoor seating options! The inside of the hall has a lot of food options and seating options. I thought that it was well maintained and clean! Everyone seemed very friendly! I’ll do individual reviews for the restaurants we ate from too!! I highly recommend this place when you’re eating with a group or with people with a range of food preferences!! Thank you, Food Hall at Bottling!
