Go Bonkers — Attraction in San Bruno

My daughter loves this place and could spend 3+ hours here. We actually just finished up a 10 pack that we bought. I do have to say that the young girl who checks people in is very unwelcoming and rude. No smiles, no hellos. Just stares at you, asks for your phone number for entry, and opens the door to let you in. I say rude because there has been 2 separate occasions when she rolled her eyes at me (very intentionally). The first was when I asked for a stamp on my stamp card. And the second time was when I wanted to redeem my free entry for getting 5 stamps. She needs some people skills especially in a place for kids. She makes me not want to come back. I wish I got a picture of her but if we do go back I’ll get one for sure. We usually see her weekdays around 2-3pm ish.

Go Bonkers is a wonderful indoor venue for kids to have their birthday parties that are 2-6 yrs old. We had my daughters 3rd birthday here recently and it was a blast! The manager Mick was fantastic in showing me around and helping us organise the logistics for the party. The place was very clean, despite the other reviews that I read. We had 25 kids that had the time of their lives playing together all day in the nicely designed playgym (parents could relax on the side). Got party snacks and drinks from Target next door and a Cold Stone cake from inside Tanforan. No need to drag everything from home! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want a fuss free party experience. This place has a lot of different activities for the kids that I love. My only concern is the woman who’s working here every time I come in. She is so unwelcoming and rude. She has a lot of attitude towards everyone. I don’t understand how they have someone working here who can’t even be friendly towards parents or families. The place they had here before, Hop N’ Play, had much better quality staff. Now I will not be bringing my children in again after multiple encounters of this employee.
