Unfortunately I agree with all of the scam comments.I scheduled a 2 hour “consult,” she started 30 minutes late and finished the whole consult within 45 minutes. She offered to let my dog start on the water treadmill, which I agreed to since there was so much extra time leftover. But didn’t mention anything further than that, and when I went up to pay she increased the consultation price from 300 and add on an additional 170 for the water treadmill without discussing with me. I would not recommend. For that cost, no handouts or exercises even recommended either. She also has quite poor professional behavior, no apologies for being late or poor communication and awkward. My dog is doing great post surgery...

It's disheartening to have been scammed out of $211 for an appointment that's scheduled a month away(wasn’t even aware they were charging me $211, they take card information over the phone) . I asked for a refund and resolution, their uncooperative and rude behavior only added to the frustration. This situation highlights the importance of raising awareness about deceptive practices and seeking avenues for accountability to prevent others from falling into similar traps. My dog has recently lost his hearing due to a terrible vet that I went to after they “flushed out” his ears. I’ve gotten a second opinion from another vet and decided to choose holistic medication in order to see if his hearing will come back.
