One of the bigger mega-strip malls that seem to define San Diego County. It's big, and then has 2 more strips on either side, so it's even bigger than you thought. If you're going to live here, you just might have to embrace the strip mall... Just embrace it. Your only other options are getting everything delivered (from a strip mall) or living out of boxes and giving your UPS guy a lot of job security. So.
There's pretty much one of every type of store you could possibly need. No, there's no Target, but if you're looking for clothing they have everything from Ross to Nordstrom Rack and Saks off 5th. Sprouts and Ralph's. Michael's and Sally Beauty Supply. Pier 1 to Barnes and Noble, Sears to Valvoline oil changes, a nail salon to an optometrist. Food options are also quite varied: frozen yogurt and Jamba Juice, Rubio's and Boston Market. I believe there's even a rather nice Italian place in the mini-strip across the street.
For all its sprawl and not knowing where it actually ends (is Costco part of it? Is Party City and Baskin Robbins?), this planet-eating example of consumerism in its most shameless glory is nicely finished with parking that isn't... too bad. No really.

There are plenty of shops to go like Marshalls, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Michaels, Sprouts, and much more. There's also a movie theater here and tons of eating places to choose from.
