This was absolutely the most shockingly kind and professional customer service experience I have ever had!

I was on my way to my first ever appointment Saturday when Smile Studios Teeth Whitening called and let me know that the tech wasn't reachable and they had to reschedule, and immediately let me know they would cover the treatment because of the inconvenience.

Having worked in customer service I understood this wasn't their fault, but was so shocked to hear they would cover the reschedule as I have only ever seen the rude/ crazy customer have preferential treatment, and was so surprised to have that offered (without asking) while also being thanked for being understanding and nice.

I was able to text to reschedule to Monday, and Dayhana the technician was so cool and nice! They had so many reminders for the appointment and clear instructions, and despite arriving early was immediately able to start my session.

Dayhana had very nice indie music playing, explained every step, and after the treatment I feel SO much more confident as my teeth are shades whiter! I have quite a massive smile (very horse like) and I feel so much more confident now. Also it's been a day and I have zero sensitivity!

In the past I had done at home whitening treatments and my teeth always hurt a lot after a day or two, so I am so pleasantly surprised that this worked so much faster without the burn I am used to.

Also, again, I have never been treated so nicely by a business. After my original appointment I was to visit my grandma at the hospital, and their kindness and professionalism really helped my mood after the reschedule while visiting her.

I absolutely recommend coming here if you want a brighter smile! In less than an hour you will feel more confident, and the team is so kind and professional. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them! Awesome service and way better than at home whitening...

My experience at Smile Studios was phenomenal. It was my first time getting my teeth whitened and I took a friend with me so we can get it done at the same time. When we came in my friend and I noticed how cute, clean and organized the studio was. After they sat us down they were very thorough in explaining the process of the teething whitening, and made sure to answer all the questions we had. They made sure we were comfortable and even had headphones and a tv for each seat for us to be able to enjoy during the process.
