AT the bottom of the stairs is actually one of San Franc water spouts.As well as a dog water replenishing bowl. Cause with a lot of hill comes many exhausted, need to drink water, thirsty dogs, cats and maybe a local raccoon or two. There are Stairs on one side and wheel chair ramp up the Walk way on the other side. Just up the hill, or should I say...
