Terrible service and budtenders, not once, not twice, but three times.
Frequented this location because itâs in my area and had good recommendations first few visits, Iâd say itâs different staffing thatâs the problem but owners/management as well
Got recommended a disposable and it did not work. When I called I was told to come back in. I did and the worker asked me to prove that it didnât work and then proceeded to yell at me to say I couldnât hit the disposable while in the store???? Makes no sense if youâre asking me to prove something doesnât work
Following time several months later because I figured it was just a bad experience, the cart I got tasted burnt and I went in to speak to the âmanagerâ because Iâd never had this issue before and was told there wasnât anything they could do and to email the owners. No follow up, no acknowledgment, nothing. Seems like a lazy excuse to keep your money and never follow up. Took it as a loss and just moved on
Last a final time I will be visiting, which was most recently. I went in at 9:50 The employee asked the guy at the door if it was too late to which he said no. She was still helping a customer but asked for my ID as I walked in to scan me in (assuming because of a time constraint but not sure).
When it was finally my turn she frantically says âwhat do you wantâ, as I was just behind the person she was helping I didnât know what they had in stock and everything looked packed up. I ask if they had any hybrids she immediately runs away running back and forth and throws something at the counter and asks if Iâm paying card for cash and I say cash. She takes it out of my hand and I ask what even is what she just threw at me because she gave me no other options and she says âidkâ and immediately started ringing me up. I asked if she had the specific brand I was looking for and she says âitâs too late I already did it. If you donât like it you could come back and see if they will take it. If not, I donât know. You can see. If not Iâll just take the heat for it or something? I donât know Iâm sorryâ.
No idea what this meant and with past bad experiences I asked if she could explain what she meant by that and she said âno I canât. Sorryâ. As Iâm beginning to walk away, dumbfounded by the interaction, I see what she gave me was sativa and mentioned this to which she gets upset, more flustered and says idk idk idk idk and starts arguing with her co-worker. All in all a HORRIBLE experience...

I live in the neighborhood and came in with the full intention of supporting this businessâespecially knowing itâs Black-owned and having visited their Hyde location in the pastâbut I was met with nothing but rudeness from the moment I walked through the door.
I asked if they had pure sativa pre-rolls, and instead of a helpful response, I got a rude and dismissive âyes??â I tried to explain that I just wanted flower, but the budtender bombarded me with a bunch of questions about infusions and packs all while being turned around and not even looking or speaking in my direction. When I admitted I didnât know what she meant, she gave me an annoyed look and asked, âHave you ever been in a dispensary before?â in the most condescending tone imaginable. It was insulting and completely uncalled forâI was literally just trying to get some help!
I stood at the counter waiting for assistance while two budtenders who werenât even busy ignored me. The whole experience was beyond frustrating and left me shocked at how little respect they seemed to have for their customers.
I really wanted to see this place succeed, but after that interaction, I walked out without buying anything, I wasnât going to give them a dollar after that.    Read moreMy experience at this dispensary was disappointing. Clint is unfortunately very rude and demonstrates poor customer service. His energy is unwelcoming, and he tends to take things very personally, which makes visits uncomfortable â you often feel like you have to walk on eggshells.
Whatâs even more concerning is that management seems to discourage their staff from providing any added care or appreciation to loyal customers, treating them no differently than first-time walk-ins. For a dispensary, the experience should be friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable, not tense or impersonal.
