TV PARTS GUY — Attraction in San Gabriel

TVPartsGuy.com sent me the wrong board. I took pictures and immediately sent them an email regarding the issue, a few days passed with no response.

I proceeded with a phone call to their store, after explaining the issue, I was told the gentleman that handles online ordering has left for the day. She asked for my information and said they will be calling me the following day.

A couple days passed with no return phone call. I received an email stating "Hello, We’re sorry that the item you ordered did not work out for you. We’ll be glad to process an exchange. Could you please tell us what your model and serial number are. Provide a picture of the board you received as well as your original board. Make sure all barcodes are visible in the picture."

The item I ordered was correct, the item they sent was not what I ordered. That response tells me they are pointing blame at me, as if I ordered the incorrect board. I responded to their email with all the information they were asking for, hoping they would notice their mistake.

They have not responded to my email regarding the information they inquired. I attempted to send an email straight from the "contact us" on the website, again no response. So back to calling their office within the posted hours of operation, I get a voicemail, mailbox is full.

Tv parts guy , Thank you so much! Order67682. When my Samsung 55" smart tv made a popping sound i searched youtube for an answer. Found that it was the x sustain board, so i began searching for the specific part which led me to TV parts guy online. I was skeptical at first but received my part right away. When i installed the board the tv would function worse than original i gave them a call. They told me to get the parts and a meter open the tv and call back. They guided me through a few steps over the phone testing out parts . They came to the conclusion that the part i received may have been bad and sent me another with no issues right away. They went to unnecessary steps to guide me through the process and ex0lain how the parts work together which in reality is not the responsibility of someone selling parts. My TV is now working great! I highly recommend TV parts guy and will continue to do business with them in the future after all TV's do break and replacing a $50 parts and a tiny hassle is worth the effort versus...

I had a lightening strike that took out 3 televisions, a Samsung 75", an LG 55", and a Sharp 60". Was able to order parts from TVPartsGuy at VERY reasonable prices, and they processed the shipment lightening fast (pun intended). When FEDEX failed to deliver on time, and their website showed that the tracking number was bad, I contacted TVPartsGuy and they called me back to personally update me an hour later. Great customer service, and they CARE about their customers!!! Parts all arrived (some a day late 100% due to FEDEX delays, nothing to do with TVPartsGuys) nicely packaged to survive the shipping, The most expensive board came in a box that FEDEX crushed, but the careful multiple layer wrap took all the shock and the parts worked perfectly. They were also clean.... I have ordered parts from other sites and they came dirty and dusty, but the PVPartsGuys parts look new! This is a business that we will continue to support!! Great guys,...
