Infinite Appliance — Local services in San Jose

My wife and I recently went to infinate appliance on a sunday after seeing mulitple facebook marketplace ads about washers and dryers for sale. Prior to going to infinate appliance we checked out Lowes and Home depot and were not impressed with the customer service nor their prices. We were in the market for a washer and dryer and were tired of going to the laundrymat every week. Going to the laundrymat every week is not an easy task with a pregnant wife so I ended up talking my wife into making a trip from south city to san jose on a sunday. When we arrived at the location we noticed they are located in a warehouse with many options for all sorts of appliances. We then saw Rafael was on the phone and with mulitple customers all on his own. He was super patient in helping us find the right washer and dryer for my wife and I. Rafael was patient even when he was the only employee there and he was helping mulitple customers at once, helping clean, wrap and load washers and dryers for customers who had just purchased used washers and dryers.

Infinate appliance offers used and new washers and dryers but my wife and I settled on a new set of samsung front loading machines in the color "champagne". Rafael told us that they had the washer in stock and that they were getting more matching dryers in a few days. We ended up purchasing a set on the spot and Rafael walked us through the process. They offered a fair price for the pair and offered financing options for the purchase. The delivery and installation included all the necessary hoses, and stacking kit in the one set price. Due to the shelter in place our delivery got delayed a few days but the delivery team ended up coming this past saturday and were precise in taking measurements to ensure that the washer and dryer would fit and they were very methodical and precise with the install. Overall I am more than happy with Rafael's service, he is kind and genuine and the delivery team's install was perfect they delivered and installed the appliances and cleaned up after finishing. The delivery team texted us the night before delivery to confirm the time and date and the delivery team texted us the next morning when they were 30 minutes away from my home. I am big on suporting local businesses and will continue to purchase from infinate appliance if I ever need a new stove, dishwasher, or fridge. I will be recommending them to all friends and family. I don't write yelp reviews often but had to due to my experience.

On 10/12/2020, I purchased a dryer from Infinite Appliance, as a donation for Advent Group Ministries, which is a Substance Use Treatment Program for youths ages 12-17 years of age, as the dryer in one of their residential homes had broken. After installation, the dryer worked for about 3 days and then the motor gave out. This is not uncommon with used products, as the business can do all of their proper product checks and something can still happen. The most telling and important part about our experience and where it really matters, is when we called Rafael to inform him about the dryer we purchased not working, he immediately told us he would take care of it, had his maintenance person come out (Freddy) the next available appointment (which was within days of my call to him) and it was in fact the motor that went out. Right there on the spot, the dryer was replaced and installed for us with no hassle, stress, no extra cost, or effort on our part. When you buy a used item, there is always going to be a higher risk of issues with that item; however, the manner in which a business handles your problem tells volumes about the integrity of the business and Infinite Appliance has shown us nothing but respect and care for their customers. I never told Rafael that this dryer we were purchasing, had a bigger and more important meaning and purpose than just people needing a new dryer. It was a small contribution on our part, to give to an agency helping serve kids in Santa Clara Co. who are in need and Infinite Appliance indirectly and unknowingly became a part of that helping cause. A big huge shout out to Infinite Appliance for their stellar service and I would strongly recommend people to start their for their needs. This is my third purchase and it is in addition to my second purchase review. I was unable to add an additional review. The previous one is a few years old.

I am so pleased with Infiniti Appliance. This is my third purchase. I was unhappy with delayed delivery of my LG washer I purchased from Costco. I called Rafael who had helped me before and whose advice I trusted.

He informed me that they carried LG open box washers and dryers among many other new appliances. Rafael patiently worked with me as I weighed my options of waiting further for a Costco delivery or purchasing an LG washer form Infiniti Appliance. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and I decided to cancel my Costco order and purchase not only an LG washer, but a LG dryer as well. The transaction and delivery went smoothly. I also purchased a two year warranty to make my purchase equivalent to what I would have received from Costco. All total, I save $248 over what I would have paid for the identical set from Costco.

I will make sure to call Rafael first before I purchase any additional appliances.

I would also like to give a shout out to Rose as she also assisted me in a friendly and professional manner.

Erik, who delivered and installed the washer and dryer, was friendly, knowledgeable and diligent in installing the appliances. In my excitement, I forgot to give him a tip. He surely deserved one. Sorry Erik, perhaps this review will earn you a raise! Hint Hint Rafael. ;)

This is my second purchase from Infinity Appliance. Like before, Rafael was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, listened to my requirements and advised me on the best way to go. Rafael helped me to pick out a nice-looking, reasonably priced, Whirlpool dryer.

Delivery was friendly, fast and efficient. Another smooth transaction.

I highly recommend Infinity appliance and I will definitely contact them again when I shop...
