Hidden jewel! Old looking on the outside, but well kept. Rooms are nicely upgraded. AC, refer and microwave. Wifi. Great flatscreen tv,s. Here's the good part ... Single story units. Each with it's own hot water heater. Seperated by a garage or carport . No door dings! Nobody tromping above. Nobody next door banging on the wall or slamming the door at midnight. Liquor store right next door. No dui's! Catering truck in the store parking lot. Excellent barbacoa. Demmys is a block away. On the Monterey hwy. Stay overnight and go to the beach. The motel room had issues and the managers did not fix the issues. The bathroom had pumbling problems and they did not take any accountability or responsibility for the problem with their room. The staff at the hotel blamed their guests for their problems for the room with broken plumbing. They should fix the issues before we check into the room and we should not have to report the problems to the staff when we leave. The staff are also very rude and disrespectful when we complain to them and the issue they have with their room is unacceptable that we had...
