Went in for a queen bed frame with storage and paid 800$ and change for a queen with headboard AFTER TAX.

Owner is a straight talker, will tell you about the shortcomings of any furniture pieces and is firm on prices. After visiting 6 franchise and local furniture stores, we decided upon this place mainly for the owner's honesty about his product.

The owner is very rude, waited 6 months and never received the bed frame i ordered. Went several times to the store to get an update and each time he would tell us to wait 2 more weeks but nothing never came. When i went to go get my deposit back, he was very rude, did not want to give me back my receipt or let me keep it even after i had signed the document. Threw the paper rudely back at me and never once apologized. Another lady had showed up at the same time i did, also requested her money back after waiting for so long and never receiving her furniture either. This place does not know anything about customer service and seems like the owner has a attitude problem. I would not recommend this...

Great customer service they waited for me 10 minutes after they were close I was looking for a sprint box for my queen bed. I went to 3 Costco and didn't have them. I highly recommended this place good customer service really professional this will be my place to shop...
