Read moreBeing a part of a football family, I have visited many NFL, college and high school stadiums. This by far was the worst experience I've had. We were visiting from Dallas for the Wyoming vs Texas State game. Decided to go to visitors will call prior to the game to get our tickets. We stopped and asked at least 10 event staff, and no one knew ANYTHING! No one could direct us to where visitors will call was located. No one knew where general parking was. There was no signage. We were directed to the wrong places more than once. We stopped at lot 5 and was told we could prepay for parking. It was around noon-1p at the time. We were given a parking pass. We arrived back around 4:15p (game started at 6p) and was told they closed the lot even though there eye plenty parking spaces. We explained we prepaid to park, showed our parking passes and the older guy was very rude and refused to speak with us or give us a refund. So they pretty much ripped us off for $20. Being from Texas, we're known for our hospitality and I was disgusted at how we were treated. Tried to file a complaint and no one would provide us with a number or who we should contact. Even asked the police on staff. Ended up having to pay again at another parking lot. Will never attended another game there! And I hope they continue to lose as they did that...
Read moreMy son Gage Mallory and I were invited to Bobcat Stadium for a senior visit for the purpose of his becoming a member of their football program.
The staff and coaches were very knowledgeable and kind. They were very organized and were able to answer many questions that were geared towards the courses, housing, transportation and their football program thoroughly.
There was transportation provided that was handicapped accessible and cool for an unsually warm winter day. The well planned guided tour included the campus, the locker room, the football based areas within the campus, and their beautiful Bobcat Stadium. The event was catered by Jason's Deli which provided a delicious and health conscious meal that was complimented by the famed Bobcat Stadium high rise.
Bobcat Stadium is well designed, modern, and luxurious. The rich blend of wood and natural light created a laid back atmosphere of decadence and comfort. The view of the field from their exclusive high raise was unsurpassed.
The overall experience was excellent. My son Gage Mallory is still very interested in their football program. We are grateful, and very appreciative for his invitation to the Texas State...
