Case-Mate — Attraction in Sandy Springs

I'm giving you 1 ⭐️ star because of the level of customer service I received today.

I called to place a claim because my item was supposedly delivered and I did not receive my case. It was not in my mailbox, it was not around my house. I called the post office to let them know and they are checking with the carrier however I called Case-Mate to place a claim since I didn't receive my order. The very unhelpful customer service person told me that because I got free shipping there is no insurance on the package and therefore they don't replace lost in the mail items. I said, well you offered free shipping and the other option was to get priority mail which was $15! There is no way I'm paying $15 after already spending $40 for my case! That's ridiculous! I can see spending $4-$6 but not $15. She proceeds to tell me to wait until I get a claim number from the post office, which I was not provided with because the post office said nothing about opening a claim bc the company you order from normally does the claims! I'm beyond upset bc now I've paid $40 for nothing. I will NEVER EVER buy from you,...

I absolutely love this case!! It looks really nice on the lavender phone. The gold accents and white flowers create an elegant design that beautifully compliments my phone. This case is durable for the new S24+. It fits perfectly, and the lens protector fits perfectly over back cameras. Overall, this case is both stylish and functional. I ordered the waterfall case over a year ago. In the last couple of months all the liquid has leaked out. As I was told there was a lifetime warranty on the case I tried to get a replacement. Turns out they only make 4 cases for a Pixel 2 and only 1 costs $40 so they are only prepared to replace my other case with the $40 one. So I decided i would rather get a new case for my partner.
