In November 2013 my now husband went to many different stores to have my engagement ring made and finally settled on Tresor. They told him they could make what he was requesting, sketched it out and told him it would be done before Christmas (that was when he planned to propose to me). A week before Christmas he had inquired if it was done and they told him it wasn't but that it should be finished before Christmas day. He waited and waited and it still wasn't done. Christmas day came and went. He was hoping he would then have it for New Year's Eve and had planned to propose to me then. It was not ready before that night. Finally on January 18th it was ready and he went to pick it up. He was finally able propose to me. The ring was beautiful, just a little big. He said that I could take it in and get it resized at their store. They were very helpful and told me to come on in and they would help me with it. By the time I took it in to them (about 3-4 days after I received the ring) the rhodium coating was rubbing off to where the ring was no longer antique plated but bright silver, not what he was promised. I also looked at the wedding band that came with the set (to see if the plating would rub off of that ring too) and the band in no way matched the engagement ring, it looked like they ordered a stock band that they could pass off as matching the custom engagement ring. They took it and said that they could remake the band to make it match the other ring better. It took me almost two weeks to get the rings back (they had told me 2 days) and when I got them back I wanted to cry because they were still silver and not plated and the band still didn't match the engagement ring. I mentioned it to them and they said they could plate it while I waited. They did and I took the rings home. Within three days the plating was rubbing off again. When I asked them about it they said they didn't know why it was doing this and they didn't know how to fix it. I just told them not to worry about it because I was tired of having to deal with these problems. about 4-5 months after I received my ring, the garnet stone cracked right in half, it was not hit up against anything it just was cracked. I am very displeased at their craftsmanship and service. I will never go to them to purchase jewerly ever again. I would recommend anyone who wants to go to them tries...

It is one of those places where they treat you like family, they know you by name and are always willing to help and accommodate to your needs. My wife got us started here with my 1st and 2nd wedding bands (yes lost the 1st one... in the Bahamas, on our honeymoon). Ever since, this is where I get all of my wife's one of a kind jewelry. Over the years they have created beautiful pieces from within and have also created jewelry from stones that we purchase from outside. They have also repaired jewelry that they did not sell to...
