I have been shopping here for years. I have spent thousands of dollars. I demand to speak to the owner. One or two of the staff seem decent. The rest are complete trash. I came in trying to purchase several items, apparently, although the items are for sale, they would not sell it to me and the excuse was “we like to have them on display for anyone else who want at them” I’m sorry that makes zero sense. I’ve never been to a store for things for sale and I can’t buy them. So, I purchase one out of the 3 (which is all they would let me purchase without approval from the owner), obviously I got fed up and left. I came back 2 or 3 weeks later, guess what. They were still sitting there for sale, so I bought both, not problem no no hassle. I made sure to wait for my receipt to print before I spoke up to the clerk and said, “i cam here 3 weeks ago and you wouldn’t sell me these and now you can??” We went back and forth, I wasn’t trying to argue with the guy I was just trying to explain what I went thru and question why I’m able to buy them now. I even told him I’m not arguing with you I’m just trying to understand why I can buy them now and not before. He then came back and said I am arguing with him (not sure what we’re arguing about) and shrugged his shoulders and continued to eat his bag of chips. I demand to speak to the owner. Point blank. I’ve never heard of a place that has things for sale and won’t sell, especially after being a long time customer.
UPDATE, I posted this review out of anger and now that I have reviewed other reviews, I don’t expect the owner to do anything. They clearly don’t care about their customers and I felt the importance to include that. To the OWNER: get your people I check. And don’t put things for sale that “aren’t”. And the fact (based of previous review) you had something for sale at x price and came back and charged them more??? What are we actually talking about , you guys are something else. I regret EVER giving you my business. I will gladly give the owner my contact info because what you are doing is not cool. Seriously
Owner responded back, sorry I’m not at that location, if you have an issue come see me at a different locations….
Owner responded back again, - training every few months and whatever trying to comfort me problem will be fixed. Can’t even acknowledge my situation or interaction and is being brushed off as “as mis understanding”…..I have never posted a review but I am not letting this go. And keep inviting me to visit your other store to “talk? Again I wanted to speak to the owner not a computer .
UPDATE, again - dear sir or madam or “whatever “ I have no desire to step foot in any of your establishments ever again. I just wanted acknowledgment and accountability for the previous stated, your continued response As far as “sorry for your visit “ encourages that you don’t care or that I’m talking to a robot. Do better next time with the next customer....

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cybertron Gaming, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of phenomenal—largely thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Freddie, Kaitlyn, and Ryan.
From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that immediately set Cybertron apart from the often sterile environment of big-box stores like Gamestop. Freddie approached me right away, offering assistance with a genuine enthusiasm that was refreshing. He was not only knowledgeable about the latest games and consoles but also took the time to understand my gaming preferences so he could make personalized recommendations. It was evident that he truly cared about enhancing my gaming experience rather than just making a sale.
Kaitlyn joined in shortly after, and her attention to detail was remarkable. She patiently answered all my questions about the various gaming accessories and ensured I was aware of any ongoing promotions. I was particularly impressed with her ability to explain the benefits of certain products without any pushy sales tactics. She made the shopping experience enjoyable and informative, empowering me to make the best choices for my gaming setup.
Then there was Ryan, who handled transactions with the utmost efficiency. He demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the loyalty program, highlighting how I could save on future purchases. His cheerful demeanor and efficiency made the checkout process quick and pleasant, a stark contrast to the longer waits often experienced at Gamestop.
What sets Cybertron Gaming apart isn’t just the friendly faces; it’s the culture of community that they’ve fostered. The trio is clearly passionate about gaming, creating an environment where both casual and hardcore gamers feel welcome. The store has a cozy, yet vibrant feel, with events that actively engage the local gaming community. It’s a place where I can easily imagine spending hours chatting with fellow enthusiasts—something I rarely experienced at Gamestop.
In short, Cybertron Gaming is a shining example of how customer service can elevate a store from just another retail location to a beloved gaming hub. Thanks to Freddie, Kaitlyn, and Ryan, my visit was a delightful experience that will keep me coming back. If you’re a gamer, do yourself a favor and skip the impersonal retail giants; Cybertron Gaming is where you’ll find knowledgeable staff, great products, and a true sense of community! Highly...
Read moreInstead of accepting fault for the way I was treated in your store you take no blame or accountability. This is a reoccurring theme for for the many negative reviews your store has. I indeed saw your employees sorting and going through Pokémon cards on the sales floor, why would i make that up? You would have seen that if you reviewed the tape a year ago and met with us like your staff and you told us you would to rectify the issue. You sold me a broken PS2 and replaced the PS2 with another broken PS2. The controllers you gave me didn't work properly. I waited for a manager to come as I was told he would for 2 hours. You never came. I requested to meet with you, you agreed to at least have a phone call with us and you never called and we're never available. To all Cybertron customers that are unhappy I recommend, Hudson's, Royal Empire or Omega video game store. Employees there actually have accountability, you're greeted with a smile not some angry staff memberswith an attitude because they don't want to be there, they want to play and trade Pokémon cards and syphon through all the good stuff before it goes to the customers. Don't give someone that lacks accountability in life and in business any business. You will be sold broken consoles and you will be sold broken accessories, scratched up games and kicked out when you complain. That's the only "Cybertron Guarantee"...
