Update: I was contacted by this company asking me to change my review and make it more positive and if I did he would finally hold up his end of our original agreement. Those are completely dishonest practices. He promised to take off our original mattress as part of our purchase. The mattress was left in our driveway after I was cursed out by their delivery drivers. He has now promised on 5 seperate occasions that he will "be here today" This company is dishonest! Choose a different one.
Delivery drivers are horrible!!!! The adjustable frame arrived in busted up boxes with everything falling out. They agreed to remove our old mattress and insisted they were to take the box springs which we did not ask for or expect They were supposed to install the adjustable base but kept saying it was too much work. They brought the frame in the house in busted up boxes and went back outside they then accused me of having bugs in the mattress after they drug the mattress through the mulch in my front yard They pointed to the pieces of mulch claiming it was bugs. I came back to the store the same day of the purchase to cancel one of the merchandise that I was ordered because a limit of my credit card and the manager that was the person who was made the sales had left . I call and came back again the next day to notify about the situation and the sales representative was not sure if he could do the refund because it supposedly only the manager was authorized to do it . After many hours in the store the sales representative called the manager by phone and he said that the refund was done but really it was not what happened because the refund never was reflected in my bank account. The manager only one time answered the phone and then he never answer again . Corporation said that they could not do nothing because problem in the system . After more than one moth , almost 2 moths I had to call to my bank to ask for help and I had to send evidence of the situation like receipt of the canceled purchase. The manager may talk your ear off about their mattresses and promise you have 90 days to swap out if you donāt like your mattress. He may not mention, until after you complain about your mattress, that there will be a restocking fee of 20% just for an exchange. He may tell you that youāll get your mattress in within a couple of weeks, but it could be a month. If you order a frame, it probably wonāt come the same day as the mattress. You may be left sitting around numerous days waiting for them to call you with a delivery time like they promised. They may not call but make an excuse. The delivery men may not even have the experience to assemble your frame.
If you contact the managerās boss he will agree to an exchange and will waive the restocking fee, so if you donāt like the bed, be sure to leave that information on a review so he will call you and fix...
