Lil' Toot Santa Barbara — Attraction in Santa Barbara

I booked a memorial cruise for three people on Lil' Toot for 10:15 and due to confusion on my part, we missed the boat. Upon checking in at the wrong time we were informed that we could not go at that time. One of the parties going on the memorial cruise to scatter my wife's ashes only had that day off work. We asked if there was any way we could book the cruise later that day and were informed that the manager would do what he could to accommodate us. We got a call in about an hour letting us know that we would be able to go out on Lil' Toot on what normally would be the sunset cruise that afternoon. Lil' Toot is a 19 passenger vessel, and the management gave us the whole vessel to ourselves instead of having to share it with others. They didn't charge us extra, they just changed the reservation time. Upon arriving at the correct time we were greeted by the Captain and Mate in the most friendly and respectful manner. Throughout the cruise they gave us a rundown on where we would be going, the boat and local facts. Upon getting to the offshore designated place for the scattering, we circled a buoy several times while we had our ceremony and scattered the ashes. After getting back to the harbor we were taken around the marina where several sailboats were pointed out with interesting facts about them. The whole experience was made as pleasant as possible under the circumstances, with the Captain and Mate both chatting with us whenever we had questions. This was the best possible outcome to a bad situation that was our fault to start with. I would recommend Celebration Cruises to anyone wanting to experience the area with a boat cruise. My husband and I chose Lil' Toot as the venue for our small wedding ceremony and we could not be happier - and our guests absolutely loved it, too! If you're looking to have a small celebration, wedding or otherwise, I can't recommend Lil' Toot enough!

We almost missed out on this gem, but thankfully, we decided to ask at the booth for tickets when we couldn't find any online. What a stroke of luck! The boat ride was an absolute blast—fun, informative, and filled with delightful surprises. There were plenty of snacks and drinks available, including some tasty adult beverages. But the real highlight? Seeing the boys' faces light up as we got incredibly close to the sea Lions. They were over the moon!
