So many people including locals don’t know about this lovely spot for which you can get the best view of the harbor and mountains. It’s free and it’s on the fourth floor. When the elevator opens, there’s beautiful ocean themed tiles in the floor and walls with all kinds of information. There’s also a staff person who is there to answer Ny questions. The best part is to go out onto the balcony with comfy seating and look at the beauty of Santa Barbara.

Small but very friendly visitor center with one of the best views of the harbor and Santa Barbara. Worth stopping up here just for the view.
