Update: 9/9/2025 I walked there on Thursday August 28th and Nelson helped us and was patient while my husband and I decided what couches we wanted. We ended up spending 3k. When I walked out of the door I was told they would contact me by Tuesday (after the holiday 9/1) to set up the delivery. They never called. I followed up on September 4th, and the person answering the phone said “the shipping with one of our couches wasn’t going to arrive until October 9th”. I talked to my husband and we decided to cancel the order because we were promised a delivery by 09/5, and we will have a birthday celebration on 9/14. I called them, and the person answering the phone handed the call to Nelson. I told him I wanted to cancel and he got all upset about it. I told him I learned about the delivery not happening until after October 9th, and he said it was a lie. He mentioned they would have my coaches deliver on 9/9. Well, they deliver the couch they had on the floor, which had a tear (my husband and I noticed when we were trying them at the store). I called and told them about it, and Angelica, the warehouse manager was saying “she didn’t understand and didn’t know what was going on”. I had to explain myself 3 times, which by the time I was already upset and annoyed, and she gave us the option to “keep the damaged couch for my party, and get a replacement once the new one arrived”. She later added “it’s just a couch, have a happy life”. I was sooo shocked after she made those remarks. I can’t believe they tried to sell us a floor model passing it as a new one. I have attached pictures of what we got. One with the tear my husband and I saw, one with more scratches and one more with some wear. Nelson is very relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable about all the furniture they carry. He was very suggestive & knowledgeable about which furniture goes together well and didn’t push for the sale.

What my sister loved the most is we were able to talk to him without holding back on our opinions & questions. He knows exactly what we needed when we told him we were furnishing an ADU.

They’re great people to work with. Everyone were working together as a team and not competed against each other for sale.
