Avoid this place!!

Horrible experience and haircut. Be careful of the 4.8 rating, note the number of the reviews too! Also, lots of 5-star reviews were given a few years ago. I really think a person never learned hair cut can do better than her.

Not accept credit card, cash or zelle only. Super slow hair cut for men. In other places at El Camino Real street, it always takes 15 mins for me. Today it took 50mins and still bad hair cut. After she is done, very obviously the hair cut was not good and I can see obvious problem of it - two sides are not same. She asked me back without me saying anything, and she improved it a bit. But I can still see two sides are different. Not very clean: she used a towel to cover my face while washing the hair before hair cut, but the towel is a bit smell covering my mouth. I pay $40 in other Korean hair salon for everything better but $45 here for everything worse. During my haircut, she walk away about 4-5 times to answer other customers call for appointment, look at her phone and some other stuff.

This review is very overdue. A year or so ago, Grace gave me the best haircut and digital perm that I’ve ever had in my life. It was exactly what I asked for- as short as possible but still being long enough to tie. My hair felt incredibly light but was full of body and made me feel beautiful, yet it was easy to manage and never got tangled. She turned down other hair appointments, so she could just focus off my hair since I was asking for both a haircut and digital perm, which was very time and labor-intensive. My husband loved my new hair style too. Despite not trimming it for a year, I’m still very happy with it and how it has been growing out and looks with the digital perm. This picture is of the back of my hair about two months after my cut and perm. I’ve never looked at a picture of the back of my own hair and been so pleased with it!...

Best Iron Perm Experience!

Whenever I visit Korea, I always get an Iron Perm because my silky hair tends to lack volume. The results there are always amazing. A few years ago, I tried getting it done in Silicon Valley, but unfortunately, the stylist burned some of my hair, so I never tried it here again.

Recently, I discovered that Ga-In Salon, where I regularly get my haircuts, also offers Iron Perms. I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! The stylist did an excellent job (check out the results in the picture), and even gave me a complimentary collagen treatment.
