I wanted to let other future customers know that there is a review on here that is not a nice or fair review at all. The view was over, resizing a ring, and the customer was unhappy because they had to take some gold away, which is completely correct when you realize a ring gold is taken away. It’s a very small amount of gold and the customer does not get that gold back. However, if that same, customer wanted to have their band on the ring, they were resizing to be the same width and thickness. They would have to get it reinforced, which is a different process completely. And it’s a bit more expensive, but not too much more. If the customer who left a very unfair review was unhappy with their ring then they should have chose the other method of getting in reinforced, which is resizing it by adding gold which of course would cost more, but would be a sturdier outcome. Morning of my son's wedding in Sept 2014, I walked in to get a watch battery to wear my heart shaped Minnie watch to tonite wedding. The was excited about my beautiful wedding ring set, but soon she exclaimed she could see I'm about to lose the stones on my ring, very possibly today! She consulted her repair person, she came back to say for $800 they could repair this ring today so I could wear it tonite confident the stones wouldn't fall out. I said, I couldn't possibly pay $800 to do this , we spent much towards today's wedding. She reminded me Id be worried all night, then consulted again with repairman. She said $400 dollars for piece of mind. I said I couldn't ask my husband to pay so much . I left, went home, put on my Mother's wedding band, so I wouldn't be wearing my Broken wedding set.
