I enjoyed this place for quite some time until management treated us like garbage. My family (Father, Grandmother and Grandfather) and I were eating lunch here and there were two women with a maybe 1 year old in a high chair and they gave the toddler a KNIFE to bang on the table to entertain himself. This goes on for about 5 minutes and we remain quiet. My dad finally turns around and very politely asks the women if they can please have the child stop, we are trying to talk and can't hear each other over the child banging silverware on the table. They lady then gets defensive, begins raising her voice at us and asks if my dad has ever raised children (insinuating she is doing a great job as I am grabbing food from the counter because our buzzer went off). She makes a scene, complains about the food and begins to get management. Management then comes to our table when we are about halfway through our meal (thanks for interrupting us by the way) and tells us to stop harassing this permissive parent who can't control her child. The woman who claimed to be the manager then says "well it's just a baby" thinking that justifies her lack of parenting. She then begins to attempt to give tips on parenting to us.... Really? My Grandfather then tells her that this lady is out of line and she is the issue. A handful of patrons saw this happen and after the fact a man walked up and told us that he sided with us and wouldn't be surprised if the women with the unruly child just wanted a free meal (which they got as I watched the failing parent crying at the register while managing to change to an angry demeanor and drop the fake tears when I am getting a refill next to the counter where she's complaining). It was an absolute joke and the management here obviously lacks proper judgment skills when it comes do defusing a situation with an unruly customer. Their online website was hard to order from (especially making the sides custom to the way you like), so I ordered by phone.
When I get there, there is a LINE out the door of people waiting! I even saw 4 cops show up to wait, and they left like not even 5 minutes later after showing up! And I was STILL waiting to be helped at the counter for my pick up!
So I show up, they help me, and I get my food. I go to my car and I realize they forgot my tartar sauce, so I go back. More time waiting and I finally get my sauce.
When I went to eat it at work and open the box, the diced zucchini was missing!!! It wasn’t in the box! The fries were there, the calamari and fish were there, but no zucchini!!! And I PAID for a 2 side dinner!!! (Receipt is here) ^^^
Taste wise: The tartar sauce was trash (very bitter, just couldn’t enjoy it), fish was bland tasting and could have been crispier, and calamari was very tough to just enjoy (could have had the red sauce to go with it). Clam chowder was delicious and the dynamite fries were also good to eat.
Price: Okay for your quantity of food but could be lower
Service: They’re too packed. They need like a 2nd or 3rd restaurant to disperse the work. Also more attentive servers and people who check the mobile/phone orders. I know anyone would hate having to go back because something important was missing (even sides or sauce - I know I can’t live without my sauce!!)

Jose goes above and beyond to explain my different options, suggest additional items and process my order. Once the food comes out, Jose goes the extra step and ensures that our order was correct , provides additional condiments and ensures that it tastes good. Since I go here so often, he also assisted me in purchasing over $400 worth of gift cards so that I can take part in their gift card promotion.
